The racks appear to be very sturdy. Alan and Dustin were both very polite. They were hard workers. Job site cleanup left something to be desired. I had to sweep up myself when they were finished. We had 3 racks installed and had a coupon for a deal that if you bought 2 or more they were $209 each. After installation Josh said that the coupon was old and no longer valid. The coupon has no expiration date or notice that prices will change without notice. Good business practice would be to honor this coupon and update the future coupons to say prices may change. Josh didn't seem to care that he is false advertising. Also during installation damage was done to pictures hanging on the other side of the wall, the installer contacted Josh and he agreed to credit a total of $60 for the damage which was fine with us. Once the coupon was brought up the customer service of the sales person Josh became combative and rude saying that we should contact the professionals who hung the clocks to resolve the issue and that we need to pay the bill in full or that he will come and take the racks out. We have no problem paying for good received with the coupon added as their ad is misleading and false. Josh never agreed to adding the coupon and we have paid the invoice in full but would not recommend this contactor to anyone and will be contacting the BBB and AZ licensing board. read more

If you are not a Do-it-yourself(er) this is the solution for you. Basic, sturdy, and economical garage shelving installed. The company is very easy to communicate with on consult, appointment arrival and install. The most convenient thing is you give them a basic idea of what you are looking for and unless it's an extremely large or specific job they have everything right on the truck to adjust and install after they get on site. I estimated I wanted two over heads, two wall units with three shelves and after the installer arrived we discovered that for the logistics of both people and vehicle flow we could only do two over heads and one wall rack with two shelves. I am super happy with the result and the price was obviously less than I planned. read more

I had lots of choices but I selected this company based upon the reviews. Phillip came out as the installer but that was a little different from what I thought was going to happen. I had understood that the gentleman I was talking to on the phone was going to do the installation. Not a big deal, Phillip came out and did a fine job. He was neat and efficient putting up two 4x8 racks for me. He then did a custom job on my other bay with a couple of narrow runners. For the do-it-yourselfers, which I am one, this is definitely not a job you want to do yourself. To be on a ladder in 110 degree heat driving 3 in lag bolts upward into 2x4s and making sure the job is straight and professional is definitely something a do-it-yourselfer does not want to do. There is also a good deal of cutting of the angle iron to be the exact length and making sure that it's properly installed again is something you don't want to do on a ladder. Good job! The product is solid and a good quality. However the cost in this solution is in the labor, know how, and the professionalism. Pay for it. read more
