Unfortunately, we had to call for service several times. Each time technicians came out, they made a temporary fix and told us they would come back and repair it permanently once the correct part came in. We were told they would order the part and contact us to schedule the installation. When we eventually reached out to have the part installed, we were told the technician didn't know how to install that particular part. After multiple visits and assurances that the issue would be resolved, a manager ultimately told us they were not going to fix the problem and claimed it was somehow our fault that the oven was broken. To make matters worse, the manager refused to give me the contact information for anyone above her and was extremely rude during the conversation. After spending a lot of money and purchasing an extended warranty, this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will never purchase appliances from Warners' Stellian again, and I share my experience with anyone I know who is considering buying appliances there.

He was helped by 2 younger adults, and then a Manager name "Linda". Since this is considered a custom Carpet there is no refund, We order this understanding that HOME DEPOT would also meet their criteria. Wednesday 3/11 AM, we get a phone call " Sorry , your order is too big to delivery and you have to pick up? Can someone explain to me how can we pick it up ourselves if the order is too big for them to deliver it? PLEASE? 3/11 My husband calls, they say " Oh let just wait until it gets here - NO communication- whatsoever 3/13, My husband decides to stop into the store to speak with someone. We spoke to the worker at the carpet area, he calls for the Manage on Duty and we speak about the whole situation and he shrugs his shoulders like he can careless, Which annoyed the crap out of me! we, then were told they will have someone contact us. "LINDA" or Jennifer" told us the turn around time would be quick. 1. We get there and find out our oder has been changed from delivery to pick up Today is Monday 3/16- We have received no PHONE CALL, my husband calls and finds out : "JENNIFER" no longer works there!! WTH .. What kind of crap is this. He wanted to speak to a manage right away and was told "OH they are all in a meeting" they will call him BACK ! it has been a WEEK and NO ONE has called us BACK. We are done being nice! SERIOUSLY Please give us our money back! stop stealing PEOPLE MONEY, stop taking advantage of PEOPLE!!! I just want to say, First and foremost my husband and I have been nothing but nice about everything, We have been patient and HOME DEPOT's management TEAM have been nothing but Disrespectful and liars. You know maybe, if the MANAGER LINDA LEE, spent less time complaining about her worker to my husband she would have maybe did his order correctly and we would not be in this situation.. I ordered a refridgerator on black friday and this has been the worst experience i've ever had with…read morean online purchase. I chose Monday, December 1st as the delivery day, as that was the only option. I took a day off of work to be home for the delivery, and scheduled a junk hauler to remove my old fridge same day in preparation. I received a text it would arrive between 7 am and 11 am the night before. December 1st no one showed up or called me about a delay in delivery. I called Home Depot around 1 pm, spoke to a woman, and she claimed there was a truck issue at the warehouse. This was no excuse for not getting any sort of notification or phone call. She said I had to wait until 8 pm in case the delivery truck driver was running behind. No one showed up. I called the next day and spoke to Christine and she could not tell me why it never showed up. She was the only kind and apologetic customer service rep I spoke to this whole time. She offered me $160 off and free install, then rescheduled the delivery for the 5th, said I would get a call to confirm later that day. I once again did not receive a call. I took the day off yet again to be at my house on the 5th and no one showed up. I called and spoke to Kensie.. Kensie should not be in customer service. She is awful and rude. She is short tempered and a liar. She said the warehouse promised to deliver my fridge on the 6th. I asked her to send me an email with the transcript from our call and she said she would. She never did. I cancelled my plans for the 6th and stayed home. Yet again, my fridge was not delivered. I called again and spoke to Mark, he said they added a crew to work on sunday the 7th to deliver orders that were delayed just like mine. He also refunded me shipping costs of about $80. Sunday rolls around and I still did not get my fridge. I called and they said it would be delivered on Monday and they were confused why I was told it would be delivered Sunday as the delivery company is not open on Sundays. I Once Again took the morning off to be home within the delivery window I was given and no one showed up. I called Home Depot and spoke to Santiago. He called the warehouse and had me on hold for over an hour. He could not get ahold of the warehouse and told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a Manager and spoke with Juaquin. He tried to call over to the warehouse but could mot get through. He opened a ticket for me and said he would reach out within 2 hours with an update. He never called me again. Cut to Tuesday the 9th at 4:28 pm I received an email saying my order was lost and they refunded rhe remainder of my money. No call, no offer to ship a new fridge, nothing but a 15% off promise. As if that makes up for not having a refridgerator for 9 days. I plan to dispute all of this and get the fridge I originally purchased at the black friday price, with the $160 dollars off and free shipping plus install like I was promised. This whole ordeal is outrageous and I will never shop at home depot again. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealth with. Do Not Give Home Depot Your Money.
