After this sale we will not be returning to Warner Stellian for any other items. I will start with the delivery. 2 men delivered the fridge and one was very helpful and super nice. He is part of the reason we did not complain after the delivery. The other delivery person had some flaws. He was smoking outside my house on 2 different occasions and that maybe the reason he was distracted and damaged the new fridge door handle. He used a screw from our old fridge on our new fridge so the door handle could not be installed. At that time we were told they had to order a new door and it would be replaced. I did not hear anything back from Warner Stellian so I called the sales representative to find out what was going on with the new door. I left a message and I did not hear back from her after 2 days so i called back. I was told instead of a new door being ordered that a technician would come to look at the damaged door. So we had to wait another week before a technician came out to look at the damage. When the technician arrived he seemed agitated. He asked me "why didn't they order you a new door" ? I told him that was what I was told was happening but instead they decided to send a technician. He said the door would be ordered and someone would have to come back to install. Then we receives an email saying the part is on back order. I sent this information to their customer service team. I was called and told that they reached out to fridgeaire and were told they would have to wait 7 days and if the part was not available they would consider a replacement. I called back 7 days later and now I'm being told it's actually a 10 day wait. Warner Stellian is placing the blame with Fridgeaire when it was their employee who caused the original damage. It has now been a total of 28 days and we still do not have the fridge we purchased.

It did not fix the problem - the ice maker still did not work. I contacted Michael three times asking for assistance to further address the problem. He did not follow up, nor did he reimburse for the service call. On a related note, I watched as Michael "tested" the water valve. After the fact and when I did my own research on how to test a water valve, I learned that Michael did it incorrectly - he did not place the multimeter leads on the appropriate terminals. When I did it correctly, I found out that my water valve was still functional. In other words, something else was the cause of the problem. I am most dissatisfied with Michael's failure to follow up with me. He writes about his business, "Honesty and customer satisfaction are my number one goal." He did not live up to this promise with me.
