He tricked me into signning a five year plan when we asked him to fix and reconnect the system. The "five year" is in the tiny footnote imbedded in over 40 clauses. He made it look like it's just a document to acknowledge the work that he did that day. One year later we realized we didn't like the alarm system because we still need to use separate cameras to see what's going on. When I called to cancle, he demanded the rest full 4 years as termination fee and threatened me saying "you can cancle if you want to, but I've got to do what I need to do". We sent formal termination letter and still got billed from him. We had to haggle on the termination fee and after a month of back and forth we paid a full year as termination. It was a complete nightmare and caused me undue amount of stress.
