Second, they were incredibly helpful. If I had a request, they wouldn't hesitate to accommodate me. They spent a good 10 hours here installing four cameras and wouldn't leave until it was perfect. Alex then installed and gave us a mini course on how to use all of the associated apps and programs for viewing the cameras. Their knowledge of the devices, electronics is incredible and it shows. I have no doubt if I ever had a question or needed something they wouldn't hesitate to come by or help me out. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. If I give a vendor a 5 star rating, shouldn't it be in the "recommended" category?

Andrae 1st met with my husband for an in-person consultation and then he provided us with several options. We could have used an old video camera system with some new additional cameras or we could go for a complete security system upgrade. After discussing the pros and cons of each with Andrae, we opted for a complete security system upgrade with new cameras and monitor system. We had a total of seven cameras installed. Andrae and his team installed all of our cameras in one day. We can now view our property LIVE via the security camera app Andrae helped us to install on our phones. The service provided by this business was great. From our initial phone call, to the in person consultation, to the camera installation day, and finally wifi internet connection of cameras with FiOS service. Andrae is very professional and we highly recommend him!
