I was at a point where I had nothing to lose because I was fresh out off welding school and nobody wanted to hire a non experience welder. Looking for work about 6 to 7 months I couldn't catch a break. The temp agency's just wanted to fill positions offering $13 an hour. I quit a $16 an hour job to better my self and my family so I won't have to get $15 or less. Then I heard about Kinetics so I gave them a call. Ozzy listened to what I was looking for and told me about this place it was a foundry not exactly what I was looking for but Ozzy told me about there being room for growth in this company so I gave it a try. It just so happened that about one week before I started the welder left the company.
