Vanessa advised me to explore job openings on platforms like Indeed and Monster. However, I noticed that a job was posted on Indeed that I qualified for, and it seemed that they were withholding this information on purpose. This feels like employment discrimination. I have four business degrees and possess the skills and experience required for the recently posted jobs on Indeed, which only require a high school diploma. I currently work in an office with similar daily tasks to many of the positions listed this week. It feels unprofessional to receive a call about jobs I qualify for, only to be told the next day that they must have contacted the wrong person. They keep insisting that work is slow and that they cater only to a niche job market, yet they continue to post jobs that I am qualified for multiple times this week.

Almost like the staff didn't want to do their jobs. asking a question was a bother because that made them get up and actually work & do their jobs. It's crucial for an agency, especially one that earns from the employees they place, to provide consistent and respectful support. Unfortunately, this agency fell short in that, making it difficult to get the assistance needed. I hope they recognize that their employees' well-being should be a top priority, and that respectful, clear communication is essential. Everyone has a role in their jobs and we can't do ours if they can't do theirs in allowing us with the right information, communication & tolls needed to do so. As i was in the testing process all three rude employees were talking loudly as if i was not there or they were too blind and senile to be aware of my presence. I was leery about working for a temp service, because I had heard so many bad things about them. My…read moredaughter encouraged me to call RH and apply, because she had used them to get her permanent position she is working at now. I called RH around March 2019, and was able to complete everything online, which made it very convenient for me. I was called two days later with a six month assignment, but it didn't start for six weeks. My rep Brittney was very sweet and assured me she would find me work until my assignment started, and she kept her promise. I was sent on a two week assignment two days later. RH was very concerned that I had no problems on my assignment. A rep came to the office to check on me and brought the office some treats. I was also sent on other assignments until my six month assignment started. Once I started working on my six month assignment, RH never made me feel I was alone. A rep always keeps me updated and informed on any changes. A rep was sent out to check on ALL the RH temps and made sure we did not need anything. RH brought breakfast and lunch several times since I've been here, and made sure it was enough for ALL the other temps and employees. I can't believe that even the office manager Vanessa G. called to check on me and make sure I didn't need anything. I am so privileged to have the honor to work with such an amazing place. In today's society jobs are not the same and some companies can make employee's feel they are of no value to the company.
