Starting from receptionist to their nail masters ( i had 3 different nail technicians and all three of them were polite, counted in my opinion and very gentle). So I visited this place on December 31, I came with a very simple and easy request, nothing complicated, just trim my split ends and give me bangs. I am attaching a photo reference below, that's exactly what I showed to the "hairstylist" and in the second photo is the actual result. Let's start with the fact that she cut off more than half of my beautiful long hair, although I showed her WITH MY OWN FINGERS how much hair she could cut. I grew my hair for a year and a half, just so that one day a person that absolutely does not know what she's doing would just CUT IT ALL OFF for me. Secondly, look at those ugly bangs. I told her that the bangs should be the same length as in the photo THAT IS UP TO HALF OF MY EAR, and she even repeated this phrase with me! The bangs is ABOVE MY EYEBROWS. So my question is: how can a person who supposedly took the scissors for the first time even work in a beauty salon? I didn't want to ruin anyone's holiday (including myself), so I paid $70, + $10 for "styling". Do you guys see my hair being styled at all? I personally didn't see anything. I came home and styled this terrible hairstyle myself with a Dyson. And here's another question, where do these prices come from? My new year's eve was ruined, my friends told me that I look like a girl from the 80-90s, AND IT'S TRUE. How can you allow someone who cannot even be called a "hairstylist" to touch your clients' hair? Terrible, terrible experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I def would. Very unhappy with the services , also they stole my money, I paid for a package and they said it had expired . It was a birthday gift from my friend a year ago, was paid for over the phone, they have not reached out to me once to notify about expiring . I had no physical certificate and they didn't tell me about the expiration. This shows that they don't value you as a customer and just want your money. I love this salon. It's beautiful, clean, and everything is very new. The owner keeps the atmosphere very clean and trendy. They have amazing hairstylists, nail techs, and they offer many other spa treatments. My favorite part is that they update monthly package deals which are so worth taking advantage of. They also have a beautiful rooftop which is a huge plus! I have been coming here since they first opened and I always come out feeling great. Due to COVID, they just recently opened up, and they are following all the proper health regulations and guidelines to keep their staff and clients safe. Have been going to this place for a year and this is best mani and pedi I have ever gotten. Kamila and Alesia do amazing job. My gel lasts a month and a half when I cannot make it to my appt sooner. Worst manicure I ever had. Don't recommend Kristina . For $45 mins you get short 25 mins basic painful manicure. No hand massage, no cream/ oil were applied in the end. There are no fans to dry nails. The place did not look clean to me. The technician did not wear a face mask . read more

I heard about this location because of a facebook group that someone posted on raving about their jet peel for the scalp. I live an hour and half away by train and it was well worth it. The decor is stunning. The whole experience was very relaxing. I had my appointment with Olga. Warning: if you decide to get the jet peel, make sure you have transportation because they suggest leaving the 3 conditioner concoction in for 2 hours. Since I was taking the train, they let me sit with it for 20-30 mins and washed it out for me. I'll definitely be back to try the facials. read more
