I went for an eyebrow wax and tint. She offered to do threading, big mistake, HUGE. She CUT my brows with scissors and left huge uneven pieces. She then proceeded to thread my brows so fast and hard that she nicked my skin under my brows and took out a bunch of hairs horizontally across of just one eyebrow. Looks horrible. She also left hairs all around the eyebrow so it's sloppy as heck. This is after she gave my eyelashes a lift which she slopped on with her finger. Who knows if she used gloves. The perm solution ran into my eyes making them sting and turn my eyes red as hell. Had to throw away my contacts. The place is dark and uninviting. I got the vibe that I was bothering them. She left my eyebrows uneven, I didn't fully notice until I got in my car, and also left some random hairs that I had to tweeze when I got home. After she waxed, she threaded the rest, but I feel like that didn't really give her the precision needed to leave my eyebrows clean. I paid $20 for an eyebrow wax which I would've been fine with if my eyebrows were perfect and a symmetrical and I didn't have to do anything when I left but I've paid $12 for an eyebrow wax that was much cleaner. The facility was clean, the service was quick, but this will not be a place that I come back to.
