He took the time to see what my areas of concern was and explained what the botox is and what results I should expect. The MA Rachelle did a great job in explaining what she was going to do in getting me prepped and that RN Nick would be taking care of me. I confidently recommend Serene to anyone for their Aesthetics needs due to the professionalism and expertise from both Rachelle and Nick.

This was my third time coming here, and unfortunately it will be my last…read more First, I want to say the girl who helped me schedule my appointment was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was the only positive part of my experience. I noticed they now have a different nurse doing the Botox injections, Nicholas Prasad, and I could tell right away that he seemed very inexperienced. I have had Botox multiple times before, so I know what to expect, and this experience was nothing like my previous ones. The injections were surprisingly painful -- much more than they should have been. Botox usually feels like a tiny pinch with little to no discomfort, but this was not the case at all. What made the appointment even worse was how uncomfortable and insulting his comments were. He asked what body mist I was wearing, and when I told him Victoria's Secret Pear Glacé, instead of simply saying thank you or moving on, he told me it smelled like what his mother wore when he was a child. Such an odd and unnecessary thing to say. Then, while injecting between my eyebrows, he said, "Oh my God, your skin is so thick," and even added that I had bent the needle because of it. He continued by saying my skin was strange. I cannot express enough how humiliating and uncomfortable that made me feel. As a 40-year-old woman going in for Botox, I am there to feel more confident and better about myself -- not to be criticized and made self-conscious about my appearance while I am literally lying in the chair. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly much worse than when I walked in. This is supposed to be a professional med spa environment, and bedside manner matters just as much as the service itself. I will definitely not be returning.

One of the things I appreciate most is that I never worry about leaving looking overdone or unnatural. My lips are absolutely perfect every single time--I can't stop looking at them in the mirror! Kacie is honest about what you truly need, and it's often different from what you think you need. That level of expertise and honesty is so refreshing. The skin coaching here has been one of the best investments I've ever made in myself. Before coming here, I struggled with severe acne, pigmentation, and texture issues and felt like I had tried everything. Today, I have the best skin of my life. I never thought it would be possible to leave the house without makeup because of my acne and scarring, but now I do it confidently--and I actually get compliments on my skin! I have been getting procedures at Tailored Med Spa (Tailored) for over three years, and highly…read morerecommend them without any reservations. When I first came to them, I was all natural, and had never my face touched previously. Tailored came highly recommended by a friend that I trust with anything cosmetic. I struggle with anxiety when it comes to the unknown, especially with anything invasive, or that can alter my appearance. I also struggle in social situations, when asking questions, and the response is dismissive or awkward. After much thought, and consideration, I reached out to them. At my initial appointment, I felt very comfortable. My consultation went well, with my main concerns being addressed, that of not being left looking surprised or "frozen." My very first procedures were botox, and lip filler. 3 months later, I returned for botox, and got my first under eye PRP. 3 months after, I returned again for botox, and my second round of under eye PRP. My injector was so pleased by the results of my first round of PRP, she used my before and after images as an example of the benefits on their social media. I have been retuning every 3 months like clockwork for regular scheduled maintenance, including a touch up on my lip filler. After over a year of botox, I made the decision to make the change from botox to dysport, and added a lip flip to my regular maintenance. While both botox, and dysport are neurotoxins, and have similar results, it was a personal decision that I have been happy with thus far, after I consulted with my injector. Trust is paramount to me, and I fully trust my injector. I have been more than happy with my results, my appearance remains natural, not harsh or overdone, including my lip filler. The staff is warm, and welcoming. Their space is beautiful, and tastefully done. I drive one hour each way to Tailored for my needs, and it is well worth it in my opinion. If you are curious about injections, and have been wanting to refresh or preserve your face - I highly recommend Tailored, and their team of professionals. I do want to add that they are no longer located on Main Street, they are nearby at 1900 McHenry Ave Ste 106, Escalon, CA 95320.
