I hate to leave a 1 star review but I have to. Short version, my lip filler from here (8weeks ago)turned out badly and my text went unanswered. Long version; I have had my lips done before and they were amazing but my dr was in a different state so I went here to get fillers closer to home (still 4 hours away because I was traveling) the place is super cute and Dr. Gifty was very nice but I have been left with lumpy, uneven, and embarrassing lips. First red flag was I feel there was next to NO consultation at my (walk in) appointment. They did not at all ask what I wanted or the look I was going for, she just went in and told me she was going for a "russian" look. I did tell her after that I would like some vertical volume. After she was done she added some free botox for a lipflip. 2nd red flag there. I believe it was because she knew that my lips were wonky looking from the filler. I've had lip flips before and I know what botox feels like, this lipflip did not do a single thing as if the botox was diluted?? I left happy with the volume I got from the filler, but concerned about the lumps and bumps. I was told they would even out and it was because of a scar on my lip (that wasn't an issue with my last dr) 4 weeks later, after trying to give my lips a chance to "even out" they still looked terrible. I sent a text to Gifty asking if a partial refund was at all possible because I needed to get this work dissolved and sent photos. That went ignored. I'd NEVER ask for a refund if I didn't feel it was warranted. Now 8 weeks later the volume is basically gone except for one large lump. My job heavily depends on making videos of my face, I've barely been able to post because of my botched fillers :( read more

I had my first experience at Aesthetic Lab on 05/17/2025 and it was absolutely wonderful. I was able to secure a same-day appointment and from the very first call, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. During my visit, they took their time explaining why I wasn't a candidate for my desired treatment [Kybella] which I truly appreciated. They could have easily charged me for it, prioritizing profit over honesty, but instead they genuinely looked out for my best interest. This level of integrity truly makes a difference. Instead, I decided to go for Botox and lip filler and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I couldn't be happier with my new look. I genuinely felt pampered during my visit, special shout out to Jamie and Gifty as well as Esme, Amanda, & Amy. I am already looking forward to my next appointment. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Babechella with my daughter. The parking lot was beautifully decorated, creating a vibrant and luxurious atmosphere. The food options were incredible. We were thrilled to RSVP and receive our goody bags filled with generous gifts. What a delightful treat! One of the highlights was being able to bank Botox at a fantastic discount for a future appointment. Aesthetic Lab by Gifty is, without a doubt, my absolute favorite medical spa. Horrible, unsafe and unclean. Lips came out looking "ducky". Botched my lips. When I asked to consult with the MD to try to correct, I found that there was none. Medical director only exists " on paper". Someone who works for her said that she refers to herself as "Dr. Gifty", but is not a doctor and may not even be a nurse. She tried to backpedal and sprouted a lot of nonsense when I asked about her training and credentials. I highly recommend steering clear of this fraud and this practice. I also found that she has been let go from several practices in town due to incompetence and theft. This review will "magically disappear" as she has all reviews that are critical and that expose the fraud she is taken down. Buyer beware. read more

I have just discovered the BEST Facials ever. First I would like to say you obtain a fabulous greeting every time you walk in to their facilities. They are such beautiful (inside and out) Ladies that are there to welcome you. Second... Velma gives the most amazing facials it is almost as relaxing as a full body massage, Third... Then I get put in the hands of Gifty for a few injections just so she can add that special touch for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. I can't recommend this place highly enough. I cannot say enough how happy I am that I found this place! Every single person I met was SO kind and welcoming. They all made me feel so comfortable and like they genuinely cared about my needs. The Aesthetician was incredible. I've had a rough couple of years and not only did they listen to my needs but also my story. Gifty is fantastic every time! She is super kind and takes the time to understand what you want done.
