So far I've tried their lavender shampoo, conditioner and rose toner, and I liked them all. They smell good and lather/wash well. The prices are reasonable as well. I filled two containers of shampoo and conditioner plus two bottles of rose toner for 28 bucks. One bit of caution: make sure to do short pauses when you refill the conditioner, as it tends to overflow. The staff also mentioned that a Beaverton location is opening this Fall, which is great so I can get my refill without commuting to their Portland locations.

However, Bluemercury has always been exceptionally good and my most recent experience is the reason. I came in a few days ago, restocked on some of my mainstays, was greeted immediately, and then given the freedom to just shop and browse without anyone hovering over me. When I had a question, the sales folks were more than helpful! The store was immaculate and everything was priced and easy to navigate. The next day I got an email about a 20% off promotion (Murphy's law) and I called to see about a price adjustment. Mindy on the phone could NOT have been more lovely! I went in for a consultation where I got to share all my aesthetic insecurities. Despite the vulnerability, I felt empowered to make the right decision for me. Further, my decision was treated with respect which made me feel more confident about moving forward. I ended up getting masseter Botox for my TMJ. My injector made me feel comfortable and even provided me with anxiety relief tools. She was precise, patient, and provided wonderful patient care. Unfortunately, my injector is no longer at this business but I'd be willing to see others who are also qualified and experienced. I also appreciate the complementary 2 week follow up because it alleviates any concerns about possible complications.
