So, after being ignored when I first walked in, having to ask for help and having to convince the employee that their website did, in fact, showed the items to be in stock at that store location, the employee explained that the price of the items were $1.00 more than the price listed on the website because Sally Beauty would "rather you purchase from them online." Is that now a thing?? She then said she could -- and did go ahead -- and took off the $1.00 "surcharge," since it probably appeared to her that I might go ahead and walk out without making a purchase.
