She was by the check out when she heard me telling the cashier about my negative experience at the Vancouver mall location and them consistently color matching me wrong. She walked over and asked me what I was looking for and what I preferred in the product I was looking for. She offered her assistance and said that if I wanted to meet her at the two-faced area that she would be happy to help me get the correct color match. She was quickly able to find my match and when I explained to her that I had a 20% off coupon she told me that it did not apply to this particular product. She asked me if I had a 20% off coupon when I purchase the item I came to return and I said yes, she then told me to have the cashier get a manager and that they should be able to match the 20% off since it would be more like an exchange. This was great for me because I had gone back and forth at the Vancouver mall location getting incorrect colors exchanged so many times that I was pretty much done with Ulta. But after this positive experience they regained my trust. My review is solely based on this Associates attitude and knowledge. She was able to color match me correctly, get me a match deal to my original purchase and have me walking out of the store feeling confident and happy with my new purchase.
