This lush location is a must stop! It is much larger than your typical lush and they offer some really amazing party reservation options. The employee took the time to explain the events that they can hold here. I saw that they also do special release parties for their upcoming seasonal products.

How is it possible that I've never done a review of LUSH on NW 23rd?! So I've come to terms that I'm a LUSH addict yall. It's the bath bombs, the body conditioners, the dry shampoos, the soaps & everything else! There isn't a LUSH in the city we currently reside in, and of course, you can order online, but going into the store is ALWAYS an experience. They have the kindest & most helpful human beings, and I always enjoy my visit thoroughly.

Lush has been a favorite of mine for over a decade when it comes to cosmetic products. What's not to like? All of the products are cruelty-free, creative, delectable, aromatic, and (most importantly) effective. Shopping at Lush is always a whimsical experience, and the staff at this location are the sweetest people. Good on you, Lush.

I have been in several Lush stores before and their products are okay. There isn't really anything I personally care for, but my daughter does like the body bars. So, while visiting Portland, we stopped by this location. Upon entering, we were asked to wash our hands. Fair enough, however we were already stopping to wash our hands when we were asked to do so. The reason this place gets two stars is because of the woman who works there. So, after asking us to wash our hands, she reminded us that we need to wear masks in the store. You have to wear masks in all stores! We all had masks on. We were the only people in the store, I was a good 20 ft away from anyone, and at one point I very slightly pulled my mask down to smell something and she immediately ran over and told me I needed to keep my mask on completely the whole time. I could not smell the item through my mask. We quickly purchased my daughter's bar and left. I would never go back to that location.

I've been in here a couple times and am bugged too much by the people working there so I won't be back. Plus, not a fan of their overpriced products. My teen daughter spent most of the spending money she had at this store for Christmas gifts, including a body scrub bar she got for me. I was looking forward to using it, to see if it lived up to the hype....but was very disappointed. I could hardly use the bar on my body when it was new....the outside was made of mostly a thick film that would not lather or rub off on my body. It sat for 3 months in my shower...getting smaller and smaller from the water running over it. I'd try to use it every now and then but it didn't actually get the "scrub" effect until it was less than half of its original size. Will not return.

Excellent customer service! I would give this place 5 stars solely based on this. The staff seems like they really care about you and I know at times its for the sale, but they work pretty darn hard for it. At times I may even need a little breathing room in the store. But it's also nice that they're their for you if you have any questions. I had some fantastic recommendations on scrubs and masks that saved my skin after the wear and tear of wearing foundation frequently. A salesperson was with me for a good 15 minutes testing out different scrubs. Everything smells and feels great!

Not only did everything smell delicious, but many of the products are formed into adorable shapes that are pleasing to the eye. I bought a few bath bubble blocks in the shape of flowers and tulips for my mother-in-law. The displays were all very well organized with chalkboard labels with the product name, ingredients and use. If you still had questions, there were several workers nearby that were knowledgable and more than willing to give you the information you needed to make a decision on whether the product was right for you. There were samples you could try yourself or get assistance with if you didn't quite know how to use it. The ingredients of the products are not tested on animals, are organic, and many are edible (most smelled good enough to eat!). If I stumble upon this store again in the future, I'm certain I will be lured into buying some more soaps and scrubs for myself and for gifts for others. This cute store has locations all over the US and Canada.

Lush-it really is. If you've ever ventured down to 23rd and walked along the stores it's inevitable you've stumbled across lush, one reason being the playful fragrances that can lure you in from the sidewalk. Now let's get something straight, these are NOT the same smells you'd get a headache from like you would from a Bath & Body works shop. All the products are made with natural ingredients and absolutely no artificial fillers. I walked in looking for a dry-shampoo that was recommended to me and was like a kid in a candy shop. I literally wanted everything. I was immediately approached by a staff member and was asked a few questions about what I was looking for, then was shown specific products to match my description, as well as related suggested products. He even gave me a demo of the product so I could see and feel the difference. Genuine workers who genuinely like their job and want to help people-what a concept these days!! I left happy with 2 amazing bath bombs and the dry-shampoo. I can't wait for my bath tonight!!

Everyone in this store in phenomenal. I come here often, as this is my go to skincare line, and I'm always consistently blown away by their customer service. As a vegan, the options for products is insane. I believe the store is 70-80% vegan friendly, and considering that they always let you sample, it's awesome to know what I should be buying. I've never really understood why people think that this shop is overpriced, considering my products last me 6-8 months so if that is the reason you've been avoiding Lush, get in there and give it a shot!

Surprisingly, many locals are unaware of them, which is both a great thing (for loyalists) and shocking (given how incredible the products are). I recently stopped back in Maak Lab to update some of my scents, and I was so thankful that the Dafodyl is still in stock. There is something for everyone here, and you're bound to learn more about what scents work for you. I remember my first experience here in 2021 when I realized I am a "green" scent guy. This has been very helpful in my journey to collect more scents to wear, especially when traveling. You should also have this support! Maak curates dozens of products for notable brands and businesses in Portland. When you stop by here, I guarantee you'll be impressed by the connection to some of your favorite establishments. You can even purchase soaps, scents, candles, and many other products that brands you love to create with Maak. I still enjoy knowing that the Knot Springs soap I love is something I can purchase for home. Support local, and keep returning to the excellent Maak Lab team.

I have only had Dysport, nothing else and recently went to an equally if not a better location for similar injectables at the Vancouver waterfront and it was a fraction of the price. You can also find Groupons (then cross check their Yelp reviews) for a fraction of that. I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. Potentially I would want a facelift down the line which I have heard can complicate that process, but mostly I don't like the bloated look, it is often so obvious and then you become blind to it, keep getting it, and look crazy. Especially in the cheeks. I already have full lips so I don't need that. It was sold as if it would even out my face and give more balance, and I thought about it, did trust the nurse, who had great texture but who's own filler was still a tad overdone, making me a little wary. It's not like Botox where it wears off over months. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling. I could see others being very pressured and trying at the appointment even though I'm sure this is as overpriced as Botox and it gives you the vibes they're trying to hit a metric. They should give you options--even if they don't offer the treatment--for the result you are looking for.
