The installers came out when they were scheduled in a timely manner and called before they came. Once here, they were extremely efficient, friendly and so experienced in what they were doing, it was installed in a record amount of time. They were neat and left no mess behind. We can't say enough about this store and their installers. That level of service and care hasn't been seen by us for a very long time. We were very impressed with the entire transaction. This local business hasn't forgotten that they deal with people and their needs....not just net profits.

We never even took the part out of the box! The professional came 2 days later and promptly told us the part WAS BROKEN. Now we would not have known that, we would have assumed it wasn't the actual problem and bought another stove. The repair guy luckily had another with him, replaced it and was in and out in 20 minutes. We then went to B&K to return the BROKEN PART, and was only THEN informed of the no return policy. What kind of crap policy is that anyway? My husband was FORCED to exchange it for another part (THAT WE DONT NEED) in order to get SOMETHING BACK in the form of a refund. So now I'm stuck with an ignition switch for a gas stove, and forced to sell it on my own if I want the rest of my money back. Thieves and crooks is what they are.
