And apparently "this" is NOT considered a mechanical issue???? The coil part of item.....is part of the mechanics! Its THE PART. He was quick to wanna sell me something else to make first item I purchased, basically to work. This in my opinion, is called bullshit and thievery.

The owner walked in and asked me if I need and help and I explained I am fairly new at smoking cigars and he walked through the humidor with me explaining all about cigars and helped me pick out some cigars for beginner smokers. The owner also gave me a empty box to store my cigars and got me set up with a humidor pack to keep my cigars fresh. Second time I went was for beer they got a great selection of beer to choose from. The owners wife cashed me out and was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to Self Serve Beverage for all your beer and cigar needs!
