Did not have enough employees working to cover areas in the building to help with purchases. Selection: Needed to return a hot water heater and they would not hold until we got there. (Was only 1 available in the size certain one we needed) We had to exchange per the manufacturer and had return slip in hand. After over an hour on the phone being cut off or trying to get someone who knew what they needed to do we still had to take a chance. Turned into an all day affair. Very disappointing. Will definitely go to Home Depot whenever possible.
