I am posting this on behalf of my mother and her husband. He writes:
Absolutely horrible. My wife had multiple broken ribs and a partially collapsed lung along with multiple other fractures after a ski accident at Monarch ski resort on December 15th, 2023. She was released from Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida, Colorado on December 17th on oxygen therapy, and we were supposed to have several tanks for the 14 hour drive home. However, we were given a portable oxygen concentrator. This machine was inadequate as its maximum setting was 2L and she was on 3L while sitting and 4L while walking. In addition, fully charged, it only lasts one hour. Mike assured us the machine was in good order and fully charged. However, it was not fully charged and defective. We plugged the unit to our vehicle, and it blew our fuses. Then, we stopped by a truck stop using the A/C power cord and I charged it fully, but it died again in half an hour. My wife had a partially collapsed lung and was turning blue as we drove through the middle of nowhere. We came upon Lamar Colorado where where we called 911 from a truck stop and she ended up back in the hospital. All because the machine wouldn't work. I charged the machine for 3 hours while she was in the ER where they said her O2 was dangerously low. I thought that after charging it for so long it would work but, sadly no. It died again half an hour later. I tried to charge it again but, this time, it would not accept a charge. The unit was dead in the water. So, my wife struggled to breathe the rest of the way home turning blue multiple times and ended up in the hospital in Tyler, TX as a result where we are awaiting test results to see if she has permanent brain damage and/or heart damage as a result of oxygen deprivation thanks to this company's negligence. If you value the lives of your loved ones, avoid this company like the plague. Full review will be on Facebook. read more
