I rented a Single User Oxygen Concentrator from 24 Hour Oxygen for two nights in January of this year, and per the company's instructions returned it behind the front desk at the Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge before 10:00 am the morning of my departure 1/21/25, but never got back my $125 deposit. I spoke with a "Robert" a few times after my trip was over and he assured me I would get my deposit back. I even called once and a person who sounded like "Robert" answered and gave me a different name. I've also reached out via email and the "contact" portion of their website but have not heard back. It's only $125 but this feels like a scam. I would advise against doing business with 24 Hour Oxygen. read more

I have never ever written a yelp review with a zero stars. This will be the first. Robert assisted us with what we needed and what we ordered even though some of the equipment we ordered and paid extra for was not available, so he said he would give us a 10% discount on our total. After our trip, we reached out to get our deposit back, after no ability to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full, and no ability to text or email got a response, we called from a different phone number and the same person who spoke with us by phone in Colorado answered. He came up with an excuse that "Robert" was not available due to a recent accident. And this person claimed to be in Mexico and unable to access any accounts. This is an extremely shady business. I would never recommend this to anyone. We are now out of our deposit. This is ridiculous. Just charge people more, if that's the way you want to run your business. read more

Good service when traveling to the mountains. Brought concentration machine out to me at 8 pm which was great but charged a good amount for this. Would've given 5 starts except for the unclear return instructions and the manager or owner told me that he personally sent me an email about return which I never got. Also took me to remind them to refund my deposit. Not bad service and good to use if your in a jam. read more

We reserved a dual person oxygen generator to arrive at our rental in Breckenridge knowing one of us was particularly susceptible to altitude sickness and another is mildly so. We arrived and the unit was right next to the door (free delivery!) with a nice long splitter line and two nasal cannulas that connect to the splitter. Clear instructions and we were sucking in some oxygen that evening no problem. This works like a charm for us! I did not notice that anyone else has the two person setups so that was particularly valuable to us. The owner, Rob(?) came to pick it up 3 days later and was a really nice guy. Great customer service. Highly recommend having the oxygen generator reserved and delivered in order to avoid the headaches, nausea and other symptoms. Get these guys to do it. read more

My family had decided to spend several days at a beautiful lodge high up in the mountains (11,500ft). Unfortunately, one of us succumbed to altitude sickness on the first full day as she suffered from sleeplessness, headaches, nausea, and generally feeling terrible. (This is what happens when you go from San Diego to Breckenridge in a short span.) We were almost an hour from calling off the entire vacation when we saw the advertisement for 24 Hour Oxygen. A quick look at their website, and a phone call with Robert led us to understand that they could help. Within 2 hours, an oxygen generator arrived at our front door and our sick companion was feeling better. The company was quick, compassionate, understanding, and eager to help in anyway that they could. I would recommend 24 Hour Oxygen without hesitation to anyone who is feeling a bit off at the higher altitudes of Breckenridge. They will help! read more

Literally, if I could, I would give ZERO STARS for this company, especially Robert. He is condescending and a snob. My family are in Breckinridge, CO for a week and some family members were experiencing the effects of being at a higher altitude, shortness of breath, nausea and headaches. We are from a warmer climate and are looking forward to a beautiful time in the snow, but really don't want these symptoms to hold us back! After some Googling, oxygen therapy seems to be the answer. There are several companies providing delivery service of oxygen machines. After careful review, I decided to go thru this company because they claimed to be able to deliver the machine at a specific time for an additional fee of almost a hundred dollars, which they call Concierge Service. I ordered, paid and funds were immediately removed from my bank account. I called their store to get an estimated time of delivery (which online said their Concierge Service could provide delivery before 10am) and spoke with Robert. Without even knowing my order #, he immediately said that the order is wrong, he's going to cancel it, and expected me to just go back online and redo it, but he can't deliver until 11-12. While trying to talk to him still, he immediately says he has to go off the phone and deal with something and just hung up. I called back and demanded that they reverse the transaction and return my funds to my bank account, as this was entirely his decision to cancel my order. He was a jerk with an attitude and tells me I'm not the first customer that they've cancelled and his accounting will handle it. Long story short, I went to another company nearby and picked up a machine for my family and we couldn't be happier. Don't use this company. They don't care about their customers!! read more

I was suffering from altitude sickness and within 1hr they were at my door giving me oxygen. The team was very quick to respond and even gave me tips on how to prevent it. Very impressed. Great service! We came up to the high altitude in Breckenridge a little too quickly and could definitely feel the effects of the elevation. We ordered an oxygen tank with the dual nasal cannula so we could take turns getting some O2 and it was great! After a previous issue with altitude sickness, a client asked me to locate a portable oxygen unit delivered to a hotel in Denver. After a weeks long search with no real luck, I called these guys - knowing they were quite a ways out of town. They were so unbelievably helpful, accommodating and even found a staff member to make the drive outside of their normal working hours. It really seemed like they just wanted to help. Couldn't recommend this service any stronger then say "just do it". Even with acclimation and focused hydration I still had all the classic AMS symptoms when staying at Copper Mountain....Vomiting & migraines. Called up 24 Hour Oxygen and they had the tank delivered within 30 minutes and it literally saved me for that night and the following day. Highly advise not waiting until last minute but setting up service before arrival especially if you are prone to altitude sickness. read more

I was having trouble adjusting to the altitude once we arrived in Breckenridge, with low O2 concentration and feeling easily out of breath. 24 hour oxygen was very responsive and delivered a condenser to my hotel within an hour of making payment on their website. After using the condenser off and on oxygen and hydrating for a couple of days I was able to enjoy the slopes. 24 hour oxygen then was flexible and was able to pickup my unit at another location in Keystone as we had moved during the week. I would highly recommend speaking with 24 oxygen and have them provide you with a solution before you decide to call it quits (as I almost did). read more

Highly recommend this product if you aren't feeling 100% or if you just want to feel better in general. In addition, Robert helped us get out of our driveway during a blizzard. Robert is a rock star! I totally messed up and put the wrong date for delivery. 100 percent my fault. He is personally delivering the machine today and he is 2.5 hours away. 24 Hour Oxygen saved the day for my son who developed altitude sickness at 9,800 ft in Brekenridge. We were referred to 24 Hour Oxygen for help. Oxygen tank was delivered within an hour. And my sons major headache was gone and his appetite returned alittle within a few hours after he started treatment. He felt good enough to enjoy the rest of the trip.
