Great place to grab some snack for the road or some bottled water, esp. if you haven't hand any water in the last 4 days since you are too busy drinking other fluids. They also have a Chase ATM right by the door, super convenient. read more

Erin the pharmacist has an awful attitude, and always has. I stopped using this Pharmacy years ago, but needed something quick through the drive-through and she is so condescending and has attitude when she hangs up the phone like there's no glass that can see right through to her clearly making fun of me because I didn't know exactly what I needed. Never had that kind of disservice from a pharmacist ever. Steer clear from this Pharmacy. read more

To store manager Bianey and cashier Diana working at 8:30 pm on January 25th, 2026 (Sunday). Working in customer service/retail you shouldn't be so rude and aggressive when a customer asked for a bag for their items you assumed they could carry themselves. I don't know why you would not give me a bag for my two liter drink that I couldn't carry with the 80$ worth of other items you crammed into the other bag, but when you did and the handle was broken- it was not necessary to engage into a argument with me about how the handle was not broken and whatever else you said(not sure you even know). I was nice and more than willing to pay 10 cents for the bag and giving me a another bag with A broke handle and then gaslighting me saying handle isn't broken when it is- was obviously a misunderstanding on your part. I can forgive all that, what I don't understand is the attitude you and your manager got as if I was attacking you personally. I don't know what's I'm with your life or history that you treated me like you did, but I hope that people never treat you like you guys treated me. Hope you guys choose to be better. And if not, best of luck. read more

terrible service at the pharmacy, not open on Saturdays during the week they for lunch

We drove up to pick-up window and after waiting several minutes with the pharmacist, who was clearly visible, not even bothering to acknowledge our existence, I tapped the horn. She then came over and asked if we were picking up a prescription to which we answered "yes", and she said it would be a minute. After waiting there for almost 10 minutes and watching several other personnel walk by without anyone coming to help, we finally drove around to the front and went inside to pick up our prescription. My wife was told the head pharmacist had NOT instructed them to work the counter and then come to service the pick-up window. The result was a 10 minute wait without receiving service. Add that to the day before when we arrived during their open business hours, not during their lunch break, and a notice was posted on the window saying a pharmacist was not avavilable. Not sure why, since we were just picking up a prescription, we couldn't still just pick it up. If it was a new prescription requiring a pharmacist to explain its correct usage, then I could understand. But to just stop ALL deliveries is totally unacceptable. This caused us to again drive all the way from Frisco to Dillion to pick up the prescription. I can understand now why they have such a poor rating. read more

Walgreens is always a consistent and pleasant experience and this walgreens is no different. I need snacks and drinks to finish off a car trip and was able to get everyone that I need and checked out quickly. Great Experience! read more

The store is pretty normal compared to other Walgreens, except they have the weirdest hours (close early, open late, pharmacy isn't open at all on weekends and usually when it is it is drive through only). I tried to get a prescription three times before it actually worked out...store was closed at 4:15 on a weekday, then pharmacy was closed all weekend, then the last time the pharmacy was just drive in only, but whatever. I got my prescription, the pharmacy staff were all really nice and I just learned to call ahead for hours before driving over. Many businesses are short staffed these days , but closing a pharmacy on a weekend is a bit unusual. Anyway, call ahead so you don't waste a trip. read more

Just like all Walgreens. Best time to go is early morning to avoid crowds and waiting in line.

If you're seeking prompt service, STAY AWAY from this pharmacy! My wife and I went here seeking flu shots only to be told that they were too busy that day, and when asked about making an appointment, that it still routinely required about a 1 hour wait. They also told us they stayed about 2 days behind on filling prescriptions-- A LIE--because our prescriptions weren't available until 4 business days after they were sent in! A CVS pharmacy about 1 mile away is more deserving of your business. read more

Management has absolutely no regard for customers' time - making an appointment for a vaccination is a joke- as is coming in to pick up a script. Plan on spending 2-3x the time you thought was reasonable. read more

The staff at this pharmacy are very nice. This review is not towards them but directed at Walgreens. Apparently the pharmacy has been closed on weekends since last June. As a physician and a patient, I can't imagine the rationale for such a decision. When many people can only pick up their prescriptions on the weekends, when so many visitors and tourists are here on the weekend and get sick or injured and must get prescriptions from a pharmacy, it defies logic why this national chain would make such an unwise decision. We have changed to another pharmacy and until Walgreens changes this schedule, I will not be sending patients to this pharmacy. read more

They had the Dayquil to help me feel better, but not the staff to tell me where it was. "Uh, maybe the back wall? If not try one of the aisles." Nice, thanks. read more

The pharmacy hours there are ridiculous. They are down all weekend so if your prescription runs out after hours on Friday. You are screwed till Monday. I understand reducing staff in the store for COVID, but you can use drive thru for prescriptions. read more

Always convenient. They open later than most businesses and supermarkets which is convenient when you need that Tylenol!

I had my ski gear shipped via fed ex to this location. Awesome service. Got some snacks for the road. Friendly service.

The people who work in the pharmacy at this place are super rude, on the phone and in person. It's almost like you have to force them to do their job and it's just too much... Overall I'll be getting my prescriptions at a new pharmacy. The rest of the staff at this store are nothing but friendly, be aware of the pharmacy. Those people hate life.... read more

It was a convenient Walgreens when i felt a cough coming on and needed some drops. Its ease in access to I70 is great. And friendly customer service cant be beat. read more

I have tried this pharmacy several times. They often don't have the drug in stock and I have to wait; or they have a few and I have to go back a second time to finish getting what the Dr. ordered. The pharmacy staff goofs up with your insurance cards and charged full price in spite of my having insurance (they told me I did not ask). Since my husband picked up the prescription, they told me to bring it back for a credit; but when I did that on my next trip two weeks later, they told me I waited too long and could only get a refund within 7 days. However, they failed to let me know the time limit before I brought the receipt back in for my credit. Sadly, in Summit County, there are few pharmacy choices and Walmart is not much better. Actually, City Market, where Walgreens sends me when they don't have the drug I need, seems to do the best. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I highly suggest you take your prescriptions elsewhere. I could rant on and on...I didn't know a pharmacy could fail so completely at the one thing they're there to do - to properly fill prescriptions in a timely manner - and still be in business. I will definitely be transfering my scripts and will never come to this place again. read more

I love this Walgreens! I always find great Colorado items here!!! On my last trip the amazing cashier showed me their new Colorado leggings. Thank you for the heads up and great service! read more
