I use AeroMobility for my CPAP Supplies. They accept Medicare Assignment for those with Original Medicare enrollment.

Aeromobility is an all inclusive company that offers a wide range of durable medical equipment for individuals with disabilities and handicap/wheelchair vans. Myself, I have received two wheelchairs from Aero Mobility as well as purchased two Mobility vans. They are open every day and are always prompt, available and responsive. David the owner is more than accommodating and willing to go over and beyond for the wheelchair and disabled community. Supreme Customer Service as well. read more

Beware billing fraud! This company and it's sister company desert medical lie about your fees and charge unnecessary and unauthorized charges on Saturdays and holiday weekends to inflict maximum damages and charges to their unsuspecting patients. Nothing but excuses and evasion. Reported them to the state medical board, my insurance, the police, the BBB, and consumer affairs. read more

Referred from hoag sleep center to aero mobility for cpap machine. First problem is they assign you a mask In home and dont do any consultation. Being told I have 7 days to evaluate, I accept given mask, 3 days later I let them know This mask will not work, I am then told I own that mask, They will not honor their Commitment. They claim my doctor ordered it for me. Problem is my doctor promised me I could pick one from them, and when I asked To see the document that they claim my doctor Specified , they could not produce it or a copy of it, when I asked my doctor for it , he says he never recommends a mask as he doesnt sell them. SO , I had to pay ANOTHER consultation Fee and then they took the time to sell me ANOTHER mask! $180! Problem #2 billing Every 4 weeks or so, I get a call claimimg I owe them money for supplies, the amount varies, When I ask what did I purchase? They cannot Specify and need to look into, this same exact Scenerio has placed out 4 times now seperated by about 4 weeks. Not happy with them , do not trust them based on my experiences. read more

Absolutely top notch service! An amazingly great business from top to bottom. You immediately know there is something special about this business when you walk in the door and are greeted by three beautiful, very professional women all dressed impeccably in the same outfits. Mind you, they were not wearing uniforms but beautifully tailored clothing...and they wear different matching outfits every day. Wow! That says a lot about the professionalism and attention to detail which is evident in every aspect of the business I observed. I am from out of state and had never visited AeroMobility before. Nevertheless I was treated like their best customer. They immediately diagnosed the problems with my 2015 Toyota accessible van...including the always hard-to-find rattles and vibrations which are so annoying. They have so much experience that they knew right away what needed to be done. While they were fixing these issues, they found a couple of other warranty-covered items that needed repair. They quickly obtained authorization from the manufacturer and completed the work perfectly. I can't say enough about this company. They are professional, personable, knowledgeable, competent, and extremely customer-focused. Despite the large size of this business, the owner is personally engaged in every aspect of it. While waiting I saw how much and how well he engages with customers, the staff, and the technicians. He invited me back into the large shop so I could personally see what was going on with my van. I was amazed to see the large number of vehicles being worked on, and also by how much disassembly was involved to fix the issues I had. Nevertheless, in just a few hours my car was put back together, better than new, and the work was completely covered by my warranty Awesome! I unequivocally recommend AeroMobility. I commend and thank the owner, staff, and technicians for simply outstanding service. read more

Aero Mobility is absolutely the best company we have ever used. In the last 30 years of our daughter's disability needs we have used many companies, never really happy with any of them until we found Aero Mobility! And, we will never go to any other place, even though they are in Orange County and we live in LA. The two brothers who run the company run it very smoothly are kind, caring, and more importantly for us, very knowledgeable-especially David who is our contact. Their showroom is huge, selection unmatched, and everything is so clean and done professionally. Even though they are super large outfit, they treaded us as a small neighborhood business. We definitely recommend them. As parents of disable children, we don't need additional burden when it come to providing equipment for are loved ones. That it why I will always feel i am in a good hand with Aero Mobility. read more

This place is horrible. I bought my van from a dealership and had these guys add a ramp. Everything was wrong with the ramp from start to finish to repairs and customer service. They even keep a pair my my Van key which leave me with only 1 car key. I repeatedly asked for my keys back but they claim to have lost it then they say they don't have it. (Depend on who you speak too) They may look like a nice dealership but once they have your money they don't care about you and their attitude sucks. I don't even use my van anymore because like I said, everything is wrong with it. read more

I couldn't recommend Aero Mobility enough. The entire staff is amazing they go above and beyond with excellent customer service.

Terrible service. They take forevee to answer their phones and will not call back when they promise.

It is rare to find businesses who truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Aeromobility is one of these establishments. There were a few technical issues with a wheelchair van I purchased, and despite the "sold as-is" clause on the purchase agreement, David, the company President, personally took care of every detail. He even arranged a loaner van at no cost while the repairs were being made. I was very impressed. In addition to superior customer service and a good selection of wheelchair vans in all price ranges, they are also a great one-stop destination for manual and power wheelchairs, transfer benches, CPAP machines, and other adaptive equipment. Highly recommended! read more

David at Aero Mobility is a star (make that 5 stars!!! :) I went with my parents to purchase their Ford Explorer conversion. They told me the whole drive there what an amazing person David (the owner) is. They were 100% correct. David is caring, honest, empathetic and patient, everything that you would want your salesman to be. In fact we were overwhelmed by the kindness and professionalism that every employee displayed. The team at Areo made this daunting task easy and manageable. Everyone there seems determined to make a positive connection with their customers. The facility is unbelievable, just absolutely amazing. They have a great inventory and the garage where they do all the work was clean and organized. This company truly is top notch. Thank you to David and the entire crew at Aero Mobility for making this experience the best it could possibly have been. read more

Aero Mobility/ Desert Mobility took nearly two years to replace a wheelchair when they knew that my son's current wheelchair was so bad that he could no longer travel anywhere with it. Today George made an appointment to deliver a new chair and just now told him that it will have to be Monday. If you know any one who is in the market for a new wheelchair, please take your business elsewhere. They are the lowest form of human beings we have ever had the misfortune to work with. read more

This review is for an experience with Sales at Aero Mobility in Anaheim Hills. I do not yet have experience with Aero Mobility's service department. My son has cerebral palsy and we needed a wheelchair van to accommodate him. We were referred to Aero Mobility by satisfied past customers and came in not knowing anything about what we needed. Craig Shearer was our salesperson and patiently explained all of the available options. He listened to our needs and took his time demonstrating the various types of vans available, and was very honest about the pros and cons of each. Craig never pressured us to buy anything, never rushed us, and took a very much appreciated consultative approach to helping us determine what vehicle is best for us. We ultimately purchased a new rear-loading van from Aero Mobility, and Craig personally delivered the vehicle to my house. They even got the hard license plates already on there! I've bought a lot of cars for various purposes, and the buying experience with Aero Mobility Sales was top notch. I appreciated being able to get answers via email, too, most car dealers - mobility vehicles or not - do not respond quickly via email like Craig does. I highly recommend Aero Mobility in Anaheim Hills (we were referred to this specific location) for anyone who needs a wheelchair van and needs a reputable and knowledgeable dealership. We'll be using Aero Mobility for servicing our new van as well and I will update here as to the Service department experience. read more

Went to see these guys again to have a steering fork installed as well as adjusting my hand control. The guys in their shop are uber competent and remarkably proficient. I live in the San Diego area and found my self having to look outside my area when I was ready to purchase a new wheelchair accessible vehicle. I wanted a 2017 Explorer MXV with the Sport Appearance Package. Craig and all the employees at Aero Mobility were very helpful with any questions that I had. Craig Shearer and Aero Mobility are very sensitive to my needs and requests, from special ordering of the Explorer for conversion to delivering my new MXV to my home in Escondido was great. I just returned home from taking the Explorer MXV back to Aero for some minor adjustments, Craig and Areo's knowledgeable mechanic's were great to work with and did a awesome job. I highly recommend Aero Mobility in Anaheim for any of your mobility needs. Awesome business lots of vehicles, scooters and can't say enough about the customer service. read more

My husband and I purchased a mobility van for my mother in law a while back. I should have written a review back then but in light of a recent experience with Aero Mobility this review is a must. Back when we bought the van 8 months ago Craig assisted us in getting what was practical and within our budget. He even went out of his way to take the van to my mother in laws care facility to make sure that 1) she liked it and 2) ensured that her over sized custom wheelchair would fit thru the back. He even made sure we got the correct safety straps for her. Right then and there I knew that we weren't dealing with your "normal" car dealership because I have never had the sales rep go out of their way for me like that in the past. All the paperwork was handled and it was easy, painless and no high pressure sales. So fast forward to a few weeks ago. This vehicle has not really been driven very many miles (average 200 a month) and my husband noticed there was a issue with the motor and contacted the dealer and spoke with Craig again. It was an "as is" sale, but Craig had my husband bring on the van and went far and beyond what we expected! Too bad every car dealership didn't have the integrity that they do because it shows that they truly care about their customers. Too bad you can't give more than 5 stars because if I could I would. read more

The employees at Aero Mobility were super helpful. This was my first experience purchasing an accessibility vehicle. I gave them the dimensions of my husband's wheelchair. They showed me vans that would work, I did a test drive, and then set up an appointment to have van brought to my house for my husband to "try it on" with his wheelchair. They were helpful with providing documents I needed to finance through credit union. Brought it back to our home for us to sign papers and showed us how to work everything with the accessibility ramp and tie downs and with the van itself. A week later they helped me, over the phone, with how to reinstall the passage seat. And then when I had trouble starting the van, they back to my home and took the van to rechecked everything to make sure it was operating correctly. They installed a new battery and returned the van to me the next day without a charge. They are exceptional at making sure the customer is equipped to handle any situation. Definitely recommend this dealership for accessibility vehicle purchase. They were kind and straight forward in taking care of my husband and my concerns and questions. read more

Over the years I have grown to admire the level of professionalism and the kind approach by Aeromobility specifically by David. The side entry Scion XB was the 2nd mobility car that I purchased from David for my daughter. The first one was a rear entry Toyota Sienna and was perfect for family outing with six seating (additional folding bench seat in the back), but I always wanted a car for my daughter with a front seat view. XB was the car as she got into the hollow out front seat using her electric wheelchair. The look on her face was worth every effort on my behalf and yet David like always went out of his way to make sure the fit an the safety was above and beyond, David also helped with dour sporty wheels that made the car look even more awesome. Unfortunately I crashed the Sienna and planning to get a new one at Aeromobility with David on my side. Always thankful.....Highly recommended..... read more

I purchased my first Honda Element from Aero Mobility back in 2005 & have been impressed ever since. I owned that vehicle for nine years & the customer service during that time was at the level of Nordstrom or Apple! (that good) Any problems or questions I had were quickly answered or solved... Amazing Customer Service!! Based on the above, there was no question that I would be a repeat customer when I purchased my second vehicle back in March 2014. Again the transaction process was smooth and painless, with David available 24/7. After purchasing the car, I experienced some electrical glitches that was hard to identify or lockdown. Again Aero Mobility took the time to locate the problem, while providing me a replacement vehicle. Top-notch customer service from a Company that cares !!! Shawn O'Connell read more

I bought a mobility van from Aero Mobility. The process started on Tuesday and we took delivery Friday. I contacted Craig Shearer, He could not have been more professional, understanding and kind. We bought a Toyota Sienna rear lift van, we love it and I feel like I have regained my freedom. No need for special parking, simple entry and exit. We never went to Aero, everything was done online, Craig brought vehicle to our home for a test drive. We filled out all paperwork and coordinated financing between Wednesday and Thursday and Craig delivered the van on Friday. We signed papers he gave us a thorough review of the van and we were done. I can't say enough and highly recommend Aero Mobility and Craig Shearer! read more

Aeromobility helped us with the purchase of our new accessible van. It's unbelievable how amazingly the team with David, Craig & Sal made the experience outstanding, easy and friendly. There were many other efficient staff members & technicians to handle all of our mobility needs including financing, appointments, adjustments and customizing. They all have the creative minds to make things work. They know the products inside and out. They have: Super easy freeway access, coffee & tea, huge comfortable professional showroom. We had a great experience here! We purchased a van here, and everything went really smooth and easy! They seemed very organized, the salesman, who was also the manager, went above and beyond to take care of us. Even the mechanic manager was so nice! I love that. Purchasing a wheelchair van is stressful as you want to make sure all the needs are met of the family and the person who is disabled. It was very much in contrast to another mobility dealership who was very much opposite. I'm glad we now have a great resource for wheelchair vehicles.. read more

I'm not impressed at all. After a LOT of back and forth between them them and insurance, we finally set up an appointment. Of course, I show up right on time for my 10 AM appointment, but the person I was supposed to see wasn't even here. I'm not sure how you make appointments with people and have no plan to meet them. We sat for almost a half hour while these clowns ran around trying to get somoe The ping pong match really is because the insurance wants to squeeze every penny from everyone and this company will not take any chances on not getting their payments. It was a so so experience, so I'll probably not repeat. read more

I'm seventy years old and this is the best service I've ever had from a business. Whatever you need, David and staff respond. I'm disabled, and there is a convenient box in the backseat that I can get to to store stuff so it doesn't slide around and go flying. David custom built it for me, free of charge when I bought the car. Now, eleven years later, it "disappeared" (don't ask). David's response: he replaced it with an even nicer box, even after all these years. When I asked what I owed him, he replied, "No charge". Who does that!?! read more

David and his team have a great dealership with a huge selection of adaptive vehicles including Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, and full size vans. Horrible customer service!! Needed repairs on a wheelchair, thought we'd try this place being it is a big corporation - big mistake! At the request of my Father-in-laws physician, AeroMobility was referred for general maintenance of his electric wheel chair. The Technician was quick to schedule an appointment to evaluate what was needed. I then waited for over a month to find out about the work.to be completed. Received a call today, advising that he had a 20% co-pay, for a new seat, front wheels & tires, rear wheels and casters. The co-pay for said items was $460.00. Are you kidding me!!!! Talk about elderly abuse and insurance fraud. Have to remember, this is simply rubber tires and a vinyl seat, if that is what they charge for those simple parts I would hate to see what they charge some disabled person for a new chair. Price gouging and taking advantage of a disabled person at its best, it is a wonder that y'all can sleep at night knowing that you are grossly over charging those in need. read more
