Referred from hoag sleep center to aero mobility for cpap machine. First problem is they assign you a mask In home and dont do any consultation. Being told I have 7 days to evaluate, I accept given mask, 3 days later I let them know This mask will not work, I am then told I own that mask, They will not honor their Commitment. They claim my doctor ordered it for me. Problem is my doctor promised me I could pick one from them, and when I asked To see the document that they claim my doctor Specified , they could not produce it or a copy of it, when I asked my doctor for it , he says he never recommends a mask as he doesnt sell them. SO , I had to pay ANOTHER consultation Fee and then they took the time to sell me ANOTHER mask! $180! Problem #2 billing Every 4 weeks or so, I get a call claimimg I owe them money for supplies, the amount varies, When I ask what did I purchase? They cannot Specify and need to look into, this same exact Scenerio has placed out 4 times now seperated by about 4 weeks. Not happy with them , do not trust them based on my experiences. read more

You immediately know there is something special about this business when you walk in the door and are greeted by three beautiful, very professional women all dressed impeccably in the same outfits. Mind you, they were not wearing uniforms but beautifully tailored clothing...and they wear different matching outfits every day. Wow! That says a lot about the professionalism and attention to detail which is evident in every aspect of the business I observed. I am from out of state and had never visited AeroMobility before. Nevertheless I was treated like their best customer. They immediately diagnosed the problems with my 2015 Toyota accessible van...including the always hard-to-find rattles and vibrations which are so annoying. They have so much experience that they knew right away what needed to be done. While they were fixing these issues, they found a couple of other warranty-covered items that needed repair. They quickly obtained authorization from the manufacturer and completed the work perfectly. I can't say enough about this company. They are professional, personable, knowledgeable, competent, and extremely customer-focused. Despite the large size of this business, the owner is personally engaged in every aspect of it. While waiting I saw how much and how well he engages with customers, the staff, and the technicians. He invited me back into the large shop so I could personally see what was going on with my van. I was amazed to see the large number of vehicles being worked on, and also by how much disassembly was involved to fix the issues I had. In the last 30 years of our daughter's disability needs we have used many companies, never really happy with any of them until we found Aero Mobility! And, we will never go to any other place, even though they are in Orange County and we live in LA. This place is horrible. I bought my van from a dealership and had these guys add a ramp. Everything was wrong with the ramp from start to finish to repairs and customer service. They even keep a pair my my Van key which leave me with only 1 car key. I repeatedly asked for my keys back but they claim to have lost it then they say they don't have it. (Depend on who you speak too) They may look like a nice dealership but once they have your money they don't care about you and their attitude sucks. This review is for an experience with Sales at Aero Mobility in Anaheim Hills. I do not yet have experience with Aero Mobility's service department. My son has cerebral palsy and we needed a wheelchair van to accommodate him. We were referred to Aero Mobility by satisfied past customers and came in not knowing anything about what we needed. Craig Shearer was our salesperson and patiently explained all of the available options. He listened to our needs and took his time demonstrating the various types of vans available, and was very honest about the pros and cons of each. Craig never pressured us to buy anything, never rushed us, and took a very much appreciated consultative approach to helping us determine what vehicle is best for us. We ultimately purchased a new rear-loading van from Aero Mobility, and Craig personally delivered the vehicle to my house. They even got the hard license plates already on there! I've bought a lot of cars for various purposes, and the buying experience with Aero Mobility Sales was top notch. I appreciated being able to get answers via email, too, most car dealers - mobility vehicles or not - do not respond quickly via email like Craig does. The employees at Aero Mobility were super helpful. This was my first experience purchasing an accessibility vehicle. I gave them the dimensions of my husband's wheelchair. They showed me vans that would work, I did a test drive, and then set up an appointment to have van brought to my house for my husband to "try it on" with his wheelchair. They were helpful with providing documents I needed to finance through credit union. Brought it back to our home for us to sign papers and showed us how to work everything with the accessibility ramp and tie downs and with the van itself. A week later they helped me, over the phone, with how to reinstall the passage seat. And then when I had trouble starting the van, they back to my home and took the van to rechecked everything to make sure it was operating correctly. They installed a new battery and returned the van to me the next day without a charge. They are exceptional at making sure the customer is equipped to handle any situation. My husband and I purchased a mobility van for my mother in law a while back. I should have written a review back then but in light of a recent experience with Aero Mobility this review is a must. Back when we bought the van 8 months ago Craig assisted us in getting what was practical and within our budget. He even went out of his way to take the van to my mother in laws care facility to make sure that 1) she liked it and 2) ensured that her over sized custom wheelchair would fit thru the back. He even made sure we got the correct safety straps for her. Right then and there I knew that we weren't dealing with your "normal" car dealership because I have never had the sales rep go out of their way for me like that in the past. All the paperwork was handled and it was easy, painless and no high pressure sales. So fast forward to a few weeks ago. This vehicle has not really been driven very many miles (average 200 a month) and my husband noticed there was a issue with the motor and contacted the dealer and spoke with Craig again. It was an "as is" sale, but Craig had my husband bring on the van and went far and beyond what we expected! Too bad every car dealership didn't have the integrity that they do because it shows that they truly care about their customers. Over the years I have grown to admire the level of professionalism and the kind approach by Aeromobility specifically by David. The side entry Scion XB was the 2nd mobility car that I purchased from David for my daughter. The first one was a rear entry Toyota Sienna and was perfect for family outing with six seating (additional folding bench seat in the back), but I always wanted a car for my daughter with a front seat view. XB was the car as she got into the hollow out front seat using her electric wheelchair. The look on her face was worth every effort on my behalf and yet David like always went out of his way to make sure the fit an the safety was above and beyond, David also helped with dour sporty wheels that made the car look even more awesome. I'm not impressed at all. After a LOT of back and forth between them them and insurance, we finally set up an appointment. Of course, I show up right on time for my 10 AM appointment, but the person I was supposed to see wasn't even here. I'm not sure how you make appointments with people and have no plan to meet them. I'm disabled, and there is a convenient box in the backseat that I can get to to store stuff so it doesn't slide around and go flying. David custom built it for me, free of charge when I bought the car. Now, eleven years later, it "disappeared" (don't ask). At the request of my Father-in-laws physician, AeroMobility was referred for general maintenance of his electric wheel chair. The Technician was quick to schedule an appointment to evaluate what was needed. I then waited for over a month to find out about the work.to be completed. Received a call today, advising that he had a 20% co-pay, for a new seat, front wheels & tires, rear wheels and casters. The co-pay for said items was $460.00. Are you kidding me!!!! Talk about elderly abuse and insurance fraud. Have to remember, this is simply rubber tires and a vinyl seat, if that is what they charge for those simple parts I would hate to see what they charge some disabled person for a new chair. Price gouging and taking advantage of a disabled person at its best, it is a wonder that y'all can sleep at night knowing that you are grossly over charging those in need. read more

Last year, the van that we were using to transport our daughter started to have several mechanical problems and so it was time to get a new one. We visited several places that specialize in wheelchair accessible van modifications. One of the places we visited was AeroMobility in Yorba Linda. Even though it was the furthest from our home, we were totally impressed with their showroom, repair garage, knowledge and willingness to help. We dealt with both Dale and David and after purchasing our own Toyota van, we turned it over to AeroMobility. A few weeks later, the van was returned from VMI and we went to pick it up just before Christmas. Dave showed us every feature in great detail. A couple of weeks later, we opted to install a docking station for our daughter's wheelchair and Dave and his brother came to our house in Culver City late one night to pick it up and then similarly delivered the van with the docking station the next night.
