Joe is truly an angel in disguise! Transport services is all new to me, it's not something we thought we would never need. Unfortunately, my mom fell 3 weeks ago in the house and since we are on the 2nd level, she cannot get down the stairs on her own. Have no fear though, Joe saved the day! PNR was actually referred to me through another company, that gentleman was just as nice as Joe! From day one, Joe kept in contact with me all the time, every step of the way. He texted and called to keep in touch, even with the last minute changes , he has been able to accommodate us. His van is so clean and nice inside! Really great experience with this company! They transported my mom (who is bedbound) and I from Southern California to a retirement home in the San Francisco bay area. The guy who set up the transport on the phone was very helpful and very patient with all of my particular questions. Joseph and Chris were amazing! They arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. They loaded up my mom in her wheelchair and made her very comfortable for the ride. My mom hadn't been out of the house for 3 years due to illness but they made her feel very safe and in fact, she enjoyed the ride. They helped wheel her up the drive and into her new bedroom. Wow! Talk about AWESOME customer service!!! Today I needed assistance going down a flight of stairs and back up, that is all I really needed. I needed to make a doctors appointment last minute and Joe was able to accommodate me into his schedule. Covid update!!! Wow I have to say this company was a life savior especially at this time of covid. First they do all the all the standard covid precautions of having extra masks, gloves, and quickly disinfecting after each ride. I live out of state and needed someone to take my grandmother in California to a few medical appointments. PNR was super awesome and patient on the phone and their pricing was lower than a few other places I called. My grandmother being elderly is usually don't feel comfortable with strangers but since its a small bussiness we got the same driver and she felt comfortable and enjoyed the conversation during each ride.
