Been a customer for many years and even had the system installed by Aero. We are on automatic fill and they have let our tank run empty for three consecutive months. This last month when we were out I call customer service to try to get fuel sooner than later and they lady on the line said she would try to get us fuel as soon as she could. Called back twice more, didn't get fuel till after 8 PM (first call was 745 am) found out i was 23rd of 23 stops and there was never an attempt to get the driver to my house earlier. My review for 1 star is the billing dept., I have been with Aero for 20+ years, pay every bill I get every month, then get a bill for like 3 months of pmts, sent it back showing when each monthly bill was paid and ck #'s, they had a finance charge of $.60cents for something not owed, now they send me 2 bills for $.60cents, that had to cost them more than .60cents to print and mail, I DONOT owe!!! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have been a customer since 2018 and always did prebuy or price fix. I just sold my house and now they are nickel and diming me to death. Since I didn't use all the fuel in my prebuy and I'm not rolling it over, I AM MOVING TO NC, they are going to charge me a penalty. Supposedly in the contract but I didn't get one this last time. They won't cancel my HVAC policy and will continue to bill until Nov although they haven 't done ANY service this year. They won't cancel my furnace policy because they did a tune-up. I am Ok continuing to pay for the furnace policy since they did work on it but haven't touched either HVAC units. There solution is to come out and do one. Really I should pay this for the new owner? Maryland doesn't reimburse you for fuel as they do in other states. I am not just changing companies, I am leaving the state. Go with another more honest company that won't penalize you for moving. read more

It's been a long time customer of arrow energy I or energy I always do the previous have several $1000 of gas sitting there waiting for me 1st being for me 1st time in my life I ran out of fuel we used a fuel we use the fuel for heating cooking and hot water You would think that it would get you I rush you out in emergency delivery now they charge you an extra 50 bucks for a leak check and it's tell me it's gonna be 7 days before they get my fuel to me after I check 3 days after waiting They can even drop off an emergency supply of a 100 pounds or something like that something like that no customer care or concern what's so Ever read more

They responded to my inquiry in a timely fashion and the person I spoke with was very polite. Unfortunately the price they quoted for propane gas was around 90 cents more a gallon than I'm currently paying so I don't plan on using them. read more

40F, Friday afternoon, and a loud rumble and puff of smoke from our furnace! I called Aero and Bob came over that afternoon. He replaced the burner coupling and made good recommendations for future cleaning and service. Great service! We also have a heating oil contract with them and the "Aero elves" keep the tank full. I rarely see them but when I do, they are friendly and polite. I recommend this company. read more

AERO gets you under contract early in the season, takes your money in advance ($1300 in my case) THEN they send a "scout " out to see your oil tank. This AERO guy show's up with one clear intention,to get more money from you. He's looking at my tank and mumbles its "rusty" and bad. Then as soon as this come out of his mouth he then said "no, wait its okay,its just some rust on the legs'. He then goes on to say he needs $400 to $500 to replace my fill and vent pipes. He claimed they were 1/4" too small. 3 things...1 no one else from any of the OTHER companies had nor has a problem with my fill or vent pipe diameters #2 this screwing around took so long that all the other offers from other forthright companies expired,so yah I lost the chance to get a legitimately good deal elsewhere #3 the manager to whom I mentioned all this too was clearly a hired kiss as@ and just wants you to quietly go away. This is the absolute worst company to use for propane, we had a leak for 6 months and there was no apology or credit for losing gas, money and being put at risk. Upper management is rude and the customer service is disgusting. I would HIGHLY recommend using anyone but them! read more

Absolutely worse company I have ever had to deal with! I used this company for 18 mths for propane and it took a extra 7 mths to get them to STOP charging me and delivering propane! We signed up for a budget plan for 1200 gallons at $135 a mth payment, They delivered with-out our approval nearly 2400 gallons before we could get them to stop! Finally after getting them to stop they claimed we now owe them $3,000 in delivered propane on top of the 2 years of budget payments! What is a budget and why join one if they charge you a extra $3,000 a year after the budget and contracted amount of propane??? When we asked they PLEASE STOP bringing propane and pick-up what they had delivered WITH-OUT the home owners permission, Tammy (Areo Energy) Wanted $80 to pick up their own tanks! The real slap in the face came when they only wanted to pay us back $0.60 per gallon for their propane we ASKED NOT to be delivered in the first place and they charged us $2.49 for!!! So I went to their office, this must be some kind of mistake right? Absolutely NOT! While I was there another customer in front of me was obviously having the same trouble! He was screaming at them and asking if they were crazy DEMANDING THEY GET THEIR TANKS OFF HIS PROPERTY! Asking How could they sleep at night knowing they were charging over double what anyone else in the area was for propane? All the lady kept saying to him is they use only American propane and how could he compare their pricing to other companies prices??? This really got me wondering, after all isn't this what we/consumers and customers always do? If not as a Aero energy customer YOU SHOULD! Now it was my turn in-line and I must say immediately I was curious about many of the statements made by Aero and had even more questions but now expected little progress to be made on my part? As you may expect I left over $3,000 poorer and VERY frustrated! I got the exact same story and lies the customer in front of me received so I went home to investigate a bit.... Appalled by what I found! He/the guy in front of me was RIGHT! Propane in our area was currently selling for $0.99 a gallon not the $2.49 ("Market Price") they were charging us and the rest of their customers! 90% of all propane currently selling in PA is American made propane and natural gas! In fact there is very little if any difference in propane sold in America Today! Aero claimed that all companies charge to pick up tanks they own and DO NOT refund money for any propane not used? I simple search and few phone calls seems to prove this to is a lie! When I asked why they didn't want to pay for/refund propane that we asked NOT TO BE DELIVERED and have been charged for, she simply replied they didn't have to and had Attorneys to answer those questions! So I threaten legal actions AND THEN was offered what she called "rack" pricing for the remainder of the propane but would then have to pay $80 service charge for them to pick up the tanks and collect the remainder of the propane? Not at all trusting them to do so or be honest about how many gallons they collected we asked that they let the OVER PRICED propane for us to use what was left... She said they couldn't and would not let tanks for 3 years so we could use what was left! Wait is she joking? We used according to them 2400 gallons in less then 2 years but some how this 40-50 gallons was now going to last 3 years? After all we had asked 4 times now that they STOP bringing propane but they continued to do so! When I demanded she answer why they did this and refuse to pick-up the tanks, why they would let a budget plan get over $3,000 behind before canceling or notifying the customer? She actually replied "They didn't want to look like a irresponsible delivery and propane company or let us go with-out propane!" So of course I asked how it was irresponsible to do what your customer asked and that wasn't it really that they knew they were ripping off their customers and over charging for their services by more then double what the local competitor was charging? She then demanded immediate payment for the total amount and threatening legal action and promised they would destroy our credit if we didn't make said payment! So I told her she could explain her and Aero energy actions to the local PUC and Attorney Generals office! She laughed and said they had Attorneys to do that and hung up! Ask yourself before dealing with this company why they need to keep on retainer a Attorney to answers such questions? Only 1 answer why one would endure such cost, They often find themselves in this situation and being asked such questions often! Please WATCH their billing methods and delivery practices! Be VERY VERY careful when dealing with them and CHECK EVERYTHING they do or I bet you will find yourself in a bad situation costing you A LOT OF MONEY AND LOSS! Or save yourself a ton of grief and just call Mason's propane to pay less then half what Aero energy is charging! read more

I would not recommend Aero for anyone! I would give 0 stars if I could. We had stopped our contract with aero in October and today 1/11/16 they trespassed onto our property and left our back gate open to where our dog could have gotten loose if they were outside. They filled out oil tank without our permission and treated us very rudely over the phone, cutting us off after we put in our complaints and hanging up the phone mid sentence. We had to call back and speak to a supervisor and we were constantly put on hold. And they had to take my number and call back. We are VERY unhappy with the service that wasn't even asked for. read more

do not purchase propane service from this company. they are crooks and will over charge you when you disconnect they will pay 25% or less of what you paid for the propane regardless of what they agreed to. will not hook your propane lines back up on your rv like they agreed and you will be at a sop paying them to do it out of pocket. horrible company!!!! read more
