He loaded all luggage, and he went above and beyond at LAX: he actually stepped out the car and went to look for someone to assist my mother with a wheelchair (taxi companies are absolutely not supposed to step in the terminal). He waited for assistance and handed luggage to them once my mother was in her chair. During the drive, he kept me informed of my mom's condition and arrival time to LAX via texts/calls.
