Stacy at Private Arrival is the best ground transportation in north San Diego county. I've used Private Arrival dozens of times and I can't recommend Private Arrival more highly. I've had a vision issue that required surgery and weekly followup visits. I hired Stacy as a medical driver to ferry me to the surgery center, then a return drive home after the surgery. After surgery, for safety reasons, the medical team won't allow patients to be discharged to a taxi, Lyft or Uber, it can be challenging to line up reliable friends and family for the task. Enter Private Arrival. Stacy goes the extra mile to make the experience excellent. Stacy checks all the boxes of what you want in a driver -- good technical driving skills, punctual, excellent communication, discreet and respectful. Using Stacy removes a lot of anxiety for me. There is always clear communication regarding the pickup times, and I never worry about being stranded or being late for my appointment. Besides medical appointments, Stacy does airport runs to San Diego, Tijuana, John Wayne and LAX and standard pickups and drop offs. Receipts are available on request for easy expense report reimbursement. Not a fan. She has an abrasive personality, is way overpriced, and claims she has a non refundable deposit policy. We disliked our drive to the airport so much that we cancelled the return airport pickup. Well in advance of 24 hrs but she kept the deposit. Oh, and she sits in the driver seat while you load/unload your own bags. An Uber XL would be cheaper and more appreciable of your business.
