La Costa limousine went way out of their way to make 30 young ladies homecoming a dream come true. The driver was professional and still made it fun for the girls. Thanks again La Costa limousine. read more

Fabulous company to work with. Instant responses. Courteous and flexible driver. Made us feel very safe by sending a photo of the driver the day before. Really made it easy to have one part of the wedding day completely handled by a vendor without needing to micromanage or manage at all. We gave them the instructions and they took the reins and delivered (our guests). Highly recommend. read more

We use La Costa Limousine for all our airport transportation. No need to use any other company. They are a first-class operation. Our last flight was diverted to another airport due to fog at San Diego. La Costa Limousine was there to greet us, but we couldn't get into the airport. They stayed in communication with us through the night to make sure we got home safely. We didn't get back to San Diego until 3:00 am. La Costa Limousine was there to meet us even after a long night. The driver, Mike, understood our situation and was very friendly. Thank you very much for your caring and amazing service! Kevin and Cathleen Coyle read more

Professional, on time, kind, funny i'm extremely accommodating with our needs. Keeping this phone number in my contacts for our next event! Thank you!!! read more

LaCosta Limo is a great limousine service. Efficient, great drivers always and great cars! And, of course always on time.

First Class Service. Our Driver JW was professional and On Time Early. He made our Breeders Cup Del Mar drive the best. The Escalade was neat and clean. I will definitely use them again and request JW. read more

I use LCL for all of my airport trips. Fast and reliable! The drivers are on time and quiet! The best.

Making pick up times with customer service agents and driver professionalism is always top notch! Our flight was delayed over three hours last night and we still got picked up on time after midnight. We couldn't ask for a better experience. read more

The service as always was superb. I have been a customer for as long as the company has been in business and it has always been perfect. Ray Linovitz, MD read more

La Costa limousine provides an excellent service with multiple choices of car type. They are always on time and accommodating to your needs including the occasional late-night stop at IN-N-Out after landing at the airport. We have utilized their services for several years and never worry about them being there on our arrival. read more

La Costa Limousine was top notch and I would highly recommend their services. They were super responsive and highly accommodating. My husband was coming off the Pacific Crest Trail and we were able to arrange a pickup from a fairly rural area back to San Diego. They had an easy booking and confirmation process and arrived exactly on time. The driver was personable and courteous and the vehicle in impeccable condition. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

I have used La Costa for years....I even tried Uber for airport runs, and then changed back for reliability. I hightly recommend La Costa.

Outstanding service from from start to finish. if you are looking for outstanding service and quality automobiles look no further La Costa Limo is it! read more

If it wasn't for our driver I would of left a lower rate. I was quoted a price and made sure several times no additional fees would be applied. I paid in full and then noticed another charge. I called to get it resolved or at least an explanation and was told I'd get a call back. I followed up 2 additional times and was promised a call back that never happened. I was disappointed in the lack of communication. read more

A driver for LCL was tailgating me yesterday and when I pulled over to let him pass me he honked and was yelling at me out the window. Seemed like a classic case of road rage. I wouldn't want to have that guy as my limo driver. Geez. Spooky deal. Be careful with who you choose as your driver with this operation. read more

The drive for license plate LCL07 almost caused an accident today. They cut someone off and nearly caused a wreck, I even slammed on my brakes when I saw it. If these are the type of drivers you all are hiring to transport me and my own then NO Thank You! I'd rather get to my destination alive. read more

La Costa Limousine was an incredibly disappointing service. I wanted to reserve a limo ride far in advance for my wedding. Their online service wouldn't let us get anything resembling a quote; instead it only allowed us to book the full service in advance. I resorted to many calls back and forth to get a quote and find the right service, their booking tool was confusing (we wanted a one way, 10 minute trip for 25 people, not hours of driving). Instead of getting a quote, we got an email from some manager saying that they promised to deliver on the one-way trip, and a PDF of the webpage. I did have ok experiences calling customer support to change the credit card they have on file. In general, I had little-to-zero wait getting ahold of La Costa Limousine by phone. Anyway, fast forward to the wedding. It's 15 minutes until the wedding party has to leave for the venue. A _five_ person SUV pulls up - not the 28 person limo bus that we ordered. The driver didn't check the paperwork, and showed up to the event with the wrong vehicle. He said it would take him one and a half hours to get the bigger limo, so my party had to scramble to find rides to show up on time. To the credit of the driver, he did take 10 people to the venue over two trips "for free". Further, he didn't wear a mask, when La Costa Limo ensured that he would wear one. After the wedding, we called La Costa Limo to express our dissatisfaction. They did give us a full refund and an apology, which we were grateful for. I will not use their service again. Getting information and guarantees from them was hard. Also, they didn't follow through with their word when it counted. I'm giving them two stars because, at the end of the day, we had a good wedding. read more

The driver for the vehicle plate LCL07 was driving recklessly in front of me and cut me off almost causing an accident. Seeing as the driver is a reflection of the company itself, I would not advise anyone to use this service if they care about their safely or the safety of their loved ones at all! read more

We are fans! LCL has been our 'go to' driving company for years and they have never failed us. All the drivers are amazing. We had Dennis yesterday - was right on time and we were able to connect easily. He was an excellent driver - the perfect combination of assertive driving yet extremely careful. We will continue to use LCL for all our airport runs. read more

This is an amazing business which was honest, reliable, and professional from start to finish. I used this company for an event with a group of ladies and the whole experience was incredible. Getting the quote was simple and hassle free, changing the times? No problem. Driver arrived early, offered to help load anything in, was so incredibly polite, patient, and professional! I would definitely recommend this company and am so impressed with every aspect of the experience. Thank you La Costa Limousines! read more

We've used La Costa Limo for years and it's never failed us. We had a great driver this last time who made the home trip even more enjoyable. Cars are always comfortable and immaculate -- and always there on time! I highly recommend La Costa Limo! read more

Very good, reliable service. Was recommended to me. I did not shop around for pricing. I only engage a car service when going to airports. So, it's important to me that they know what they are doing and have their eye on the ball. Our first experience with La Costa Limo ( Oceanside to John Wayne Airport and the return) was spot on. Not cheap but,. worth the hassle of driving, parking, etc, etc, etc.... Would recommend. read more

We have been using La Costa Limo for decades and have always been so happy for their excellent service (always prompt and with a picture of their driver), wonderful drivers & comfortable automobiles, and their continued connection with us from reservation until final departure or arrival. Maybe a bit expensive for those who prefer airport shuttles, but the comfort and convenience is worth it - they treat their customers like royalty! read more

DO NOT USE LA COSTA LIMOUSINE - THEY FAILED OUR CONTRACT We hired La Costa limousine for a wedding Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party - to ferry guests from the LODGE at Torrey Pines to the rehearsal dinner at Eddie V's Restaurant in La Jolla. The company is poorly run and the night was a complete failure. We had a written detailed contract for two buses to ferry guests from hotel to Rehearsal Dinner and La Costa Limo failed us. They broke the contract when one bus left two hours early. I strongly urge you not to use this company as they ruined our night, the night before our son's wedding. La Costa did not follow the contract which we outlined in great detail and reviewed with La Costa Limo several times before the wedding. One bus left two hours prior to his contracted time without any warning. THE BUS WHO WAS CONTRACTED TO WORK 5:30 - 11:30 HAD LEFT AT 9:30. When I called to find out where the bus was to bring our guests back to the hotel, the driver told us he had already returned the bus and left for the night. When I asked him to come back he refused. It took dispatch TWO HOURS to get another bus back to the restaurant. We were forced to extend our time out at the restaurant. Finally, the remaining 50 guests and I waited outside the restaurant for the bus to return and take us back to the hotel. The bride and several guests had to uber back to the hotel. It was horrible and should not have happened. I am beyond disappointed in this company. They also said they'd refund us for their error and then barely gave us any money back. I highly encourage you to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. read more

Had a long flight from the East Coast. Traveling with golf clubs and one carry on bag. Grant did an excellent job of communicating and arranging a good pick up spot outside baggage claim. Christopher did a nice job of taking my flight information to track my arrival. read more

We've used them on two occasions and our female driver (so sorry forgetting your name!) was phenomenal both times. I hired La Costa Limousine on behalf of my company. Once we hired a 32 passenger mini bus and the other time we hired their sprinter. Both times the driver was wonderful, didn't mind our requests to make frequent stops and the bus was immaculate. She was patient and very professional. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely hire them again in the future. read more

Ride was great. Driver was lovely. But there's a whole issue surrounding the fees associated with the ride. It's unclear when booking, like there's no price quoted when you book online. I called, confirmed $89, and was later told it was nearly double, about $180. Whatever, I paid it. But be warned about the ambiguity of the fees and bait and switch. read more

these guys are the best. i screwed up and ordered an airport pickup for the wrong days. 20 minutes before delivery time when i did not have the usual text, i looked realized my mistake and called. they had an excellent driver to me in 20 minutes. just an awesome service read more

La Costa's drivers were amazing! Our destination company used them for experience and trip transportation for us and our guests all over Coronado Island and San Diego and they were always prompt (early in many cases) and so professional. The cars were immaculate and the drivers were polite and attentive. We probably used a dozen different drivers and cars over the two days and everything was top notch. I personally have never felt so pampered. TOP NOTCH! read more

Extremely professional, respectful, and kind!! I had to go to LA very early in the morning (arrival at 5 am) and Chris was on time (even early), drove well, and we got there early. I was incredibly surprised and grateful at the amazing customer service and his thoughtfulness. Thank you, Chris and La Costa Limousine for making my very early and long trip pleasant. read more

La Costa Limosine provides excellent service in stretched BMW 7000 series limos. Our driver, Heather, arrived a few minutes early and had the car in the driveway waiting for us. She was courteous, polite and accommodating. Excellent limo driver. The car was very plush, quiet and comfortable during the short ride from our house to the dining establishment along Carlsbad Blvd. She dropped us off right at the front door and was right there when we exited after a very nice anniversary dinner. All in all, our experience with La Costa Limosine was excellent in every respect. Heather did a fine job. read more

NOW EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE!!! They just raised their rates from North San Diego County to LAX. $350 each way. $700 for a Round Trip from Carlsbad to LAX is too much for a town car .
