For being so last minute, we got exactly what we wanted, a white cadillac escalade limousine with the whole shebang for a really decent price. Also, OUR DRIVER DRESSED AS ELVIS! The driver was on time, explained everything, and Armando even called to confirm everything was good to go. My husband booked our private tour as a Valentine's Day surprise and I felt like royalty from the moment I had the doors opened for me. The Escalade was impeccably clean and comfortable, and taking in the views on our drive up and chatting with Jerry along the way was such a blast. Since White Dahlia has memberships at some of the better wineries, we got preferred treatment at each one we stopped at for our tour, at Leoness they even asked if we wanted our Champagne sabered open which was so cool! We chose Leoness and Faulkner, which had great wine tasting and the best views - the food at Leoness was incredible and they gave us an amazing table on their members-only patio that overlooks the grapes. I can't wait to find an excuse for us to book with White Dahlia again! Such a great option if you want to explore Temecula in luxury.

We got stuck in Maui due to the Tsunami warning and missed our connecting flight home. Affordable Airport Transportation had great reviews and followed up with my request in minutes. We had our car booked 5 minutes later. When we arrived in LA, our driver Ahmad texted me that he was waiting for us. Gave us his location and we found him immediately. Even at midnight, LA traffic was backed up and several freeways were either backed up because of reduced lanes or completely closed, but Ahmed was familiar with the area and expertly navigated us around and got us home safe and sound and super quick. So glad we came across them. They backed up their promises and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future! Thank you!!!

Original communication was stressful and somewhat scattered as first, the trip was booked, second, Curtis had double booked the time slot, and third, the time slot worked out after all. The trip itself was very sketch to say the least. The vehicle (older model Suburban) was in need of some major maintenance, running with a spare tire in one slot and the shocks were obviously shot. To top the trip of, Curtis took a couple phone calls (no bluetooth), and actually read texts as he was driving! Moving on!!

I booked Jason to drive me to my post-operative medical appointment for the day after cataract…read moresurgery. I had seen and heard so many recommendations of Scroggins Transport Service on social media and from acquaintances, I was glad he was available. Jason is that great combination of professional and friendly. As I approached his car, he immediately jumped out to help me in case my vision was at all impaired. I could actually see well enough not to be wobbly, but I appreciated his concern and actions. He drove me to the appointment, waited for me, and then drove me home. We had great conversations each way, and the price was actually more affordable than had I booked a separate Uber each way. The car was beautifully maintained, the ride was smooth, the communication setting up the appointment and letting me know he was on the way were all perfect. I told Jason I had been keeping an eye on his ads and social media posts for a while, knowing I was reaching a phase of life where family was no longer close by, and friends were not always available to help out with transportation if I couldn't drive myself. Of the many local drivers I've seen recommended on social media, I was impressed that Jason is open to driving clients to medical appointments and social events, not just airport destinations. It is important to me that Jason has commercial insurance and this is his full-time business -- many drivers are not as appropriately insured and may only be driving as a side gig. I honestly feel like a burden has been lifted off of me, knowing that I can turn to Jason for future medical or other appointments. Had he been in business when I was driving my elderly parents to doctors' appointments several times a week, I would have eagerly booked him for a few of those visits, knowing that my parents would have been given the assistance and caring attitude that Jason offers. I'm sure Jason is great with people of all ages.
