He did not call me when it was ready, so I went in the next day, he said he told me he would call when ready (he did not, he said it would be ready same day). Later that evening he text that this is a very unique vacuum (its a shark vacuum, sold at costo, target etc) and needs to order the part, it will be ready in 3-4 days. Never heard back. I called and text, he did not reply nor return my calls. Following week my daughter and I went to pick it up, it was taken apart. I asked for refund of the $65, he said it was his labor and all the work he put into it, and the amount I paid did not include the cost of parts. This is not what he told me when I left it there. He said he can fix it same day with part would be $65 total. I'm pretty sure he drank my money away by the looks of him. Lesson Learned. Do not trust this guy, his name is Joe Peralta!

Everything was fine the repair took about 30 minutes I paid him and left with my phone. The next day I open my camera to see that my camera lens is cracked. I checked my phone and the lens is fine on the outside til i noticed a finger print on the internal part of the lens and i realized it has been replaced with a different camera. My phone indicated to me that a new camera was installed and i never requested a camera replacement only a screen replacement. I will never go back here again

I had tried all the suggested fixes like restarting in safe mode, cache clear, reboot data, etc. At that point it was pretty clear the laser disc reader was shot. I made a Yelp request to Luxe and they responded very quickly. I dropped off my PS5, they did a free inspection/quote, confirmed my issue, and had it fixed just a few hours later.
