My wife was communicating through one of their agents Tasha Panico to schedule a viewing for a home they were managing. They had agreed to show us the place on 6 PM on a Wednesday (6 days ago). Tasha had asked to move the date earlier to Monday at 6 PM but my wife was working a late shift at the hospital and didn't have a chance to reply to her email until the following day where my wife confirmed 6 PM would be okay (Tuesday). Tasha explained she was busy that Tuesday and left it at that in the reply email. We of course assumed the viewing would go ahead for Wednesday at 6 PM and my wife emailed back apologizing about not getting back sooner and emailed back to confirm again 6 PM on Wednesday. She did not get a reply back but we did not think much of it at the time. We got to the viewing early on the Wednesday, sent one more email and also text messaged her that we were there, still no reply. We phoned her once at 6 PM but still no answer and then waited around and still nothing. Unfortunately we never got another answer from Tasha explaining what happened even though there was never any indication to us that plans had changed. The unit was subsequently rented so our interpretation is that she felt there was no point in showing us the rental however a simple message telling us so would've sufficed and would have saved us the time involved in making our way down to the viewing and waiting around. Again I hope this is a one off or there were extenuating circumstances but I feel that as a professional organization, communication is very important, and we felt there was a communication breakdown dealing with Tasha, who had been a good communicator up until that point.

Very Disappointing and Unfair Experience…read more We rented another unit through Plan A Real Estate for only 24 days, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment was handed over to us dirty, poorly maintained, and worn out. There were existing problems and signs of wear and tear when we moved in. However, when it was time to move out, the condition of the apartment was inspected extremely closely, and we felt that existing damage, dirt, and wear were being attributed to us in order to justify deductions from our deposit. This was completely unacceptable and very frustrating. My strong advice to anyone considering renting through this company is: BE VERY CAREFUL AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Take detailed photos and videos of the apartment immediately when you move in and keep all records and communications. In our experience, the apartment was not properly maintained or cleaned when it was handed over, but at move-out, every small issue was examined under a microscope and used as a reason to potentially charge the tenant. I strongly recommend that people think twice before renting an apartment through this company. Based on our personal experience, we would not rent from this company again.

When it was 30mins past the agreed time, I called and someone answered and said a guy was supposed to call me and do the showing and she would call him and ask. After multiple texts and attempted calls after that, no one answered. I messaged again two hours later and someone responded that I should message Maria, who texted me and coordinated the showing. I'm very frustrated as I have sat around waiting for so long, and this kind of customer service seems a bit ridiculous.

I told him I'm moving from a 4 bedroom house, but still he continued to rudely imply that I was subletting. bro. I'm not lying to you. also it's none of your business if I want a bigger space.
