Had a really great experience with the staff. They're really nice and helpful, and they care about you having a good experience. Even though I had to cancel my service because I didn't need it any more, they were still very accommodating with fees and making it as easy as possible for me. Jay is incredibly condescending and rude. I was late for my appointment which was my bad. My precious appointment was too close to this one and there was unexpected traffic. He was incredibly rude on the phone telling me to go west. I told him I'm not from here so sadly don't know which direction that was and he condescendingly said "the direction the sun sets in." the property was in the middle of a bunch of skyscrapers, I have no idea which direction that is in the middle of the day when I'm in the area for the first time. he then proceeded to grill me on why I need a two bedroom for one person. insisting I planned to sublet which I do not. when I told him I wanted a room for my guests who visit me he rolled his eyes as if I was lying. it's truly none of his business why I'd want another space, but I was incredibly polite and accommodating to even tell him that. I told him I'm moving from a 4 bedroom house, but still he continued to rudely imply that I was subletting. bro. I'm not lying to you. also it's none of your business if I want a bigger space. I ended up leaving before seeing the unit. the first thing he said to me upon arrival was "I have other business transactions to do today so I don't have time" since I was late, I apologized for the umpteenth time. anyhow I ended up leaving. he's reallllly mean and condescending and full of himself. not a way to work with customers. he looked at me as if I was beneath him from the beginning. this man knows nothing about me. maybe hes racist as he gave me racist vibes. or hates women. or just a complete stuck up jerk. sad. moving on! don't rent from this company if you want to be treated with respect. read more

It's only a few blocks from Waterfront Skytrain Station, and in the direction of the dilapidated side of that area. So, you'll very likely be surprised when you finally get to it on the third floor because of the clean open space that looks more Yaletown than the DTES-like exterior. In addition to being very transit accessible (important when parking can be nightmarish), the location boasts two coffee houses on the same block; a wide variety of places to dine in every direction and not more than a few blocks away; and no neighbours who care when your party of 100+ is buzzing louder than a Canucks game. Drawbacks include a staircase up with steps that can feel wobbly at times, not being wheelchair accessible, and crazy-loud traffic noise when the windows are wide open. read more

Don't be fooled by the images. This place is in the "bad" part of out, the building is rotten, seriously, the wood is falling apart. They have Dozens of people working in one room. So if you are into slumming it, this is for you. The service is pretty good actually, even if condescending at times. It's not half bad, but I have a problem with how many people they try to cram in there, and the effort they spend getting fake or semi fake reviews written while hiding the real ones. They just try to get as much cash out of this without putting any effort into improving the spaces, just photoshopped photos. So to recap, it is for POOR people ok? If you are doing ok there are way better options. Personally I got out of there and got my own office with a colleague, $750 a month, 20th floor, ocean view. Working in a basement at the network hub was not good for my health. read more

I can strongly recommend the Network Hub because of the following features: - Great location downtown Vancouver - Nice brick wall building, typical for Gastown neighbourhood - Very friendly & helpful staff! - Why work alone at home? You can meet like minded entrepreneurial spirits here (and contractors) from all kinds of different industries. And from time to time share a beer after a long week of work :) I have looked at other options prior to coming here, but I liked this place the most and now I have been here for quite some time. It's nice in the third floor, only thing is that now the meeting room has been put into the first floor (used to be third floor), but there is plenty of space upstairs in the lounge area too. The location is sublime and very convenient. There are lots of great restaurants around for lunch and dinner - try a healthy juice at Gorilla foods just down the street! We have been using the mail box service first and rented a desk for about 2 years. We stayed on both floors, the 3rd as well as the 1st. I prefer the 3rd floor and the staircase is an excellent workout. We moved out in the meantime but still use the mail box service. They are flexible and supportive of what you need. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the crowd is fun. Administration at times was a bit hicki, we have been reminded several times to pay, when we had paid already. I liked the meeting space on the 3rd floor better because it had natural daylight. The new space on the 1st floor, though better accessible for visitors is smaller and feels a bit dark. Overall a great and very affordable concept for a start-up, or freelancer looking to get out of the home office! We met some wonderful people here, among one our Graphic Designer who did our logo and promo materials. It truly is a NETWORK-Hub! :) read more

4 stars for the concept & service. 3 stars for the conditions of the building. It's a great idea for those start up businesses or any one for that matter who doesn't need a full fledge office or need a storefront. Just to get a basic address with a "receptionist " to answer calls, to more advanced services such as meeting rooms etc. Visited one of my clients here before, and the owner is making a killing as rent is a fraction. Service is super convenient as they can make copies, do mail outs, etc. And you get the DT address & action. Another downfall are the rickety stairs as I didn't remember seeing any elevators. Basically, splitting into tiny offices and charging rent to cover the Commerical mortgage. Fairly old building, 3 levels. read more

My office is currently being renovated, and we needed a place to meet up to have a quiet meeting. We rented the boardroom and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, even when we went over our allotted meeting time. I would recommend that you take a look at the space before holding client meetings here. While it's a great place to meet internally, the setup looks pretty bare-bones. If that's your thing, great! For our business, it wouldn't work. read more

I've been to the network Hub before and it's a very spacious place to hold meetings. If you're looking for a great place that is relaxing, intimate, but yet professional than this is a great place. The networking events held in the evening can accomodate 100 plus people. Located in downtown Vancouver, it's near the busy financial district of downtown as well. read more

Worked out of the Network Hub for a little under a year. Would highly recommend the space for anyone considering Co-working. It's more cost effective than renting your own office and you get to hang out and network with great people. I rented a desk space at the Network Hub for nearly a year, and I can't say enough about Christine & John, the friendly Admin staff they have on board. They're super-helpful and polite and will help you check in any guests to the meeting rooms as well. The common areas and desk spaces are regularly cleaned, so it's a comfortable place to work. The hardwood floors, high ceilings and red brick interior make for spacious location. I had a desk on the 3rd floor, it gives you a bit of cardio getting there (!) but on long days I can't help but be grateful for some exercise. The desk spaces are well-lit, secure (alarm code entry) and with plenty of folks to call it home. I was always a bit of a night owl so I came in mostly during off-business peak hours. Located close to the Canada Line station, which makes it a short 3-minute walk away from the office. read more

The Network Hub has been a great place to support the growth of my business. With a distributed team and working between home, client locations and co-working space, the Hub allowed us to have a consistent business mailing address while we got established, as well as space for team meetings. Christine at reception is always really prompt, helpful and friendly. My only 'needs improvement' suggestion is to somehow find a way to get better air circulation/coldness in the meeting room, particularly in the summer months.
