I specially like their efficient system when I buy shoes, first I try to choose the item/shoes that I like, then I scan the shoe at their digital pad to find out if there is an available size for that item, if there is, I can digitally request it so that I can try it on, I just have to input my name then wait for my name to be called by the staff when they carry it out from their storage. The service was fast, systematic and efficient. I was able to buy new shoes in no time. Price is fair, they usually have red tags for sale items, shoes were properly arrange in each category. I really had a good experience going to this store.

At the back of the store they run a clearance section that you can find pretty good deals in. $120 Roshes for $39.99. I'll take it any day of the week. I've ran into their booth at a sneaker convention where they carried clothing I didn't see at the shop. Of course I'd find an awesome sweatshirt carried by them at a convention of over 150 vendors. He also said the manufacturer would not take it back. I didn't abuse the bag and I wasn't belligerent with him. He graciously made an exception and allowed me to shop that day with a full refund.
