The company I picked turned out to be pretty flaky. I had my credit card in hand but they just couldn't send me a contract to sign. It didn't feel right having to chase them down. It turns out, several companies were either way too expensive or weren't responsive. I finally came across Richard from The American Sign Co. who offered to come out and meet with me. I figured he would have been too expensive but he offered, so out he came. Within a couple of days I received a reasonable quote (and a contract to sign). We made the deal and they delivered the sign. There was one small miscommunication about the mounting of the sign. They took the sign back with them, fixed the problem and re-delivered in just a few days. No questions asked. I highly recommend these guys!
