I've worked with many printing and mailing houses over the years, and Advantage are by far and away the absolute worst. It's been difficult to even track down a Yelp or Facebook page for them because the business structure is so strange and hard to understand. I'd worked with a fantastic printing company for 3 years, never any problems. Then they were acquired by Advantage... I've done one job with Advantage and can safely say it will be the last.
From start to finish, they held everything up: Print proofs arrived late and in inkjet (for a matchprint?!), I had to ask for accompanying PDF proofs every time. The full proofs then arrived with pages missing, unbound, meaning we had to lay them all out on the floor. Customer service is awful (I spoke to the Utah office but can't find a Yelp page for them), they don't return calls, don't update you when delivery dates get shifted. We were supposed to receive the final product a week ago, still not here. Just super disappointing :( Find another print shop it'll save you a lot of hassle. read more
