Return wasn't close to air return on center wall. We notice this when trying to bracing our floor joist under our combo washer. We wanted heat and cool our nook and after having to tear up the floor to do foundation repair we notice that the hole and air duct was only heating and cooling between two beams and not under the crawl space. So what do you do? Fix yourself I guess... save your money and call someone who doesn't want paid upfront for work never done right or at all. Three months after system was put in we waited on air ducts to be finished and they were never finished correctly or what agreement papers stated.
