The service person (JT) was fast, efficient and personable. Update: so fast forward a bit...and it was time for us to replace our a/c and furnace. I got multiple estimates and was very pleased that not only was Polar Aire competively priced but they did a great write up of their estimate and emailed (type written with multiple options explained and quoted) whereas the other companies scribbled out their estimates. (I was comparing a lot of different efficiencies and units so this was very appreciated. As well I recently got a water heater from them. Now I have met several of their technicians and they were all a pleasure to work with...timely, professional etc. I love their appointment confirmation calls and texts and how they follow up to see if you are happy with their work. Everyone loves how cool my air is, including myself. I thought I left a review, and when looking on KCPL and seeing that they recommend a contractor come out to service my AC, I thought of only Pro Platinum. I won't say ignore people with 0 friends and one review, but those just feel fake. Maybe they did have a bad experience, but I saw what happened when some things went wrong, and Aaron and his crew made it right, were very professional and respectful of my house (which was new to me at the time).
