Bottom Line Up Front: I was not pleased - but this company came and made things right by me within 12 hours. While their attention to detail could use a little focus, their customer service is fabulous - and the reason I will stay a customer. The day of the scheduled service I was at work, but watching the service via my security cameras. As I watched I saw the crew working on the tree. I frantically called the office, and explained how it looked to me that the crew was removing the tree, which I did not want. Patiently, the man on the other end of the line informed me that this was a proper prune for a crepe myrtle - a fact which I did not know as I have never owned a property with this kind of tree before. He did contact the crew and advise them of my concerns, and while they did complete a proper full pruning (which - to be fair - is not what I asked for, but needed to be done and will ultimately help the tree) they finished with the tree. When I got home, I noticed they did not clean out the flower bed, as per the agreed upon quote. And here is where they won me over. I took a picture, sent and email and called. The following morning, two men called and came to my property. I spoke with Michael, showed him the flower bed, and the confirmatory email I had sent specifying exactly what I wanted. He agreed that I had requested the service, and they did not perform it and they immediately took care of it. Michael wasn't defensive, he didn't have an attitude, he wasn't impatient. He was apologetic, professional, and fast. They got it done. At the end of the day, you always have to communicate clearly. But even when you do, things sometimes get lost in translation. I greatly appreciate working with a company that truly WANTS customers to be happy, and takes the time to respond professionally to concerns by making things right. Thanks EP Mowing!

In May of this year, they were nice enough to rip up my lawn and never return. Needing to have ANYTHING done to resolve my newly installed mud pit of a yard I called every local landscaping company. I was able to get Precision out the following week. Accounting for the excitement and gratitude I had for the expediency, I will forgo allowing that to influence my review since that portion was an outlier experience derived. They were punctual, very clear on what services would be performed, the total costs and time it would take to complete. Everything that was covered in the estimate came to fruition when the crew arrived on time and completed the work as promised. From start to finish everyone was professional, punctual and the quality was top notch. I was very pleased with our experience. When we finally decide to add details to our yard and add our fence we will without question be contracting with Precision. The quality of their work, their competitive pricing and the friendliness and professionalism of their customer service checks all the boxes.

Absolutely the Worst Landscaping Experience I've Ever Had…read more If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, this was a complete disaster. They showed up late, when they decided to show up, and seemed more interested in their phones than in doing any actual work. What little work they did manage to complete was sloppy, rushed, and nothing close to what was agreed upon. The yard looked worse when they left than when they arrived. Uneven edging, random patches of dead grass, and plants that looked like they were dug out of someone else's trash pile. When I brought my concerns to the owner, he was dismissive, rude, and acted like I was the problem for expecting professionalism. Communication was a nightmare, deadlines were ignored, and the "finished" product was embarrassing. I ended up hiring another company to redo almost everything they touched, at double the cost. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Do NOT hire this company under any circumstances. You'll regret it the moment they step onto your property.

Bill was gracious, charming and very understanding of my predicament. He set up a time to come and look at my very old and very, very dead Oak. My wonderful neighbor allowed Capitol Care Tree to drive a Bucket Truck and Shredder into his yard so the the crew could access the tree, as it was too dangerous for anyone to climb. The crew was so quiet, no music and no loud voices, Each man had a job to do and he made sure that he did it. When they were all finished, they cleaned up my neighbors yard. If there were not a big hole in the sky were my tree used to be, you would never know that anything had happened. I have worked with three different tree companies in the past. Adam and his crew did a fantastic job. They cut the felled trees into fire-sized logs and stacked them neatly, did an extra beautiful cleanup on the grassy areas and went above-and-beyond on the details. Being a cost conscious consumer with high end design ideas, Noe was able to work with me to give me what I wanted at an affordable price. His estimate was spot on, and therefore there were no surprises at the end of the project. I had a Spring cleaning (lawn mowed/weeds treated), sod installed, mulch placed in both the front and backyards, as well as a new stone border placed alongside my walkway - all of which turned out amazing and I get lots of compliments from my neighbors about my lawn now that it's no longer a disaster zone! Aside from the top notch service, the other reason I gave Avanza a 5 star is how they responded to things that didn't go to plan (after all, it's how a customer is treated when things don't go well that really differentiates a company). We went through many ideas within a short period of time, and there were 2 - 3 small items that got missed (e.g. mulching of a certain location, etc.). When I pointed this out to Noe, he was quick to respond, and make things right without any hassle or complaints.
