When I made a complaint with forwarded photo on the record, the guy Sam called and started yelling at me over the phone claiming that the installation is 100% correct. However, when I asked if he had checked the photo, he said no. We were supposed to get 3 projects with them. The first was for an above ground pool permanently installed. With yard prep/ leveling. When it was time for install, there was no leveling or prep beyond putting a tarp down. The pool he set up, has to be taken down at the end of each summer. When I told him it was not installed properly, not level, by about a foot, and that he needed to fix it, he tried to tell me it was fine. He eventually agreed, but wanted to know when I would be giving him more money for the next project. After having the pool up for 14 days, He drained and took the pool down. Need my suggestions on how to get it drained. After leaving the pool in pieces around my yard on Monday morning he left to go get a piece of equipment. Thursday, 3 days later he finally wanted to talk again. By that point I had picked up everything for safety and discovered that the "farm" smell that had started was coming from my rotting lawn under the pool.
