They explained every step as they went along completely. We had our dryer vent cleaned out which was well overdue. They were honest enough to let us know we only needed the air vent registers cleaned out as opposed to the entire system which saved us money. They did a phenomenal job vacuuming and deep cleaning all our carpets including the stairs. Their prices were more than fair and very competitive. We plan on using them for our future needs and have already referred them to family members!! I have NO hesitation in recommending their services to any one in need!

LeoNine has been called out to our property management company to do work for us that was done…read moreimproperly the first time by other companies. Getting our Prop Management Co to do anything usually require a scathing review. This time was no different. The sink in our granite counter was originally installed with no support! When it broke loose and fell into the cabinet below, it broke several seals, rendering our sink and dishwasher completely useless. My PM called Leonine, who called me first thing in the morning. They gave me a small window in which they would be here and they arrived within that window. They wore masks, which is essential for us, I am immune compromised and my fiance is diabetic. They sent the quote to our PM, and as soon as they got the approval, they scheduled a time to come make the repair. They arrived within the given window and made the repair in under three hours. As an added note, we had an issue with plumbing backing up that went on for almost a year with various companies coming out to fix it. It took a year to get Leonine out to fix it, but we haven't had an issue since. Call them. You won't regret it.

Paul and Joe came out to do the work, they were about the business and a pleasure to have in my apartment. I had a problem with one of the chairs, but they worked that chair and got it looking and smelling right! Wayfair is the company that sold the chair to me that way. The work is really good for the money that is not a lot. I plan to use them again for my dryer duct to be cleaned and for my wood floors to be cleaned. Highly recommend them.

There was visible dust on multiple blinds still, dust on a couple of light fixtures, coffee table bottom area extremely dusty, a few baseboards not dusted, etc... The business reached out to see how the service went and they were on it immediately to fix it. They sent another set of people a few days later with 1 of them being one of the same people from before. I walked them around, showed them the spots missed and they took care of it. The price of the work was super reasonable vs the other repair company who wanted to charge 10 times what these guys did.
