He found numerous points where birds, raccoons, squirrels, etc. had and were making their presence in our house...most of which I was unaware. He and his crew removed the wildlife debris and repaired the affected house areas such that they look like new. He also sealed our chimney cap, which is of critical importance to the longeviety of the chimney structure. Thanks Joe!

They got rid of the bats, but the mice were back shortly thereafter. However, after talking over the issue with them they came back and did some more exclusion work in good faith, without additional cost, under my warranty for the work they had already done. So I appreciate their responsiveness and follow-up.

I started researching and I came across Z- Best and from the initial conversation I knew we were gonna be OK. They are very reasonable and understanding. They have done 4 different treatments to make sure we do not have them ever again. This has been very hard on our family since my poor baby girl was getting bitten by these nasty little bugs. After they came in we started to find more dead than alive. We are still not done since it takes usually between 3-5 treatments to get rid of them but we have seen improvement. I would recommend them to anyone. Y.D.

They were quick to respond to my inquiry and we had a phone call about my problem. The staff member told me I likely had bat bugs, not bed bugs. I had recently had a bat exclusion near the office space, so that made sense. I had never heard of bat bugs before though, so I did not know this was possible. I scheduled an extermination appointment for general extermination and inspection. That was also a wonderful experience as I learned a lot. The staff member indicated I did not need an extermination right now either. I think many companies would take advantage of my situation be either not telling me these were bat bugs or by providing extermination for other things without it being necessary. I will definitely use them in the future when I need something. Very pleased!
