First impression upon walking in, was, WOW, the clinic is so beautiful, clean, organized and very spacious. The front desk welcomed me graciously as well. Dr. Snyder is great in explaining things and in making me comfortable (I don't like things close to my face). He figured out what was wrong so off to choosing a frame I go. Tammy, helped me with picking the frame and she has a very keen eye on what works for my face and my nose bridge (or the lack of it). ;) She didn't try to sell me designer frames even though what I liked turned out to be one. :) Very highly recommended. PROS: Convenient parking, friendly staff, clean and beautiful clinic, amazing doctor. CONS: none

A general, routine eye exam should not take up two hours of a patient's time…read more A patient also ought not be kept waiting alone in an exam room for 30 or more minutes after having the pupil dilation drops placed in their eyes, wondering when (or if) the doc is going to return to the exam room to finish the eye examination. During my appointment, after at least a 30 minute wait, I left the exam room to speak to someone at the front desk about the excessive wait time (who stated that the doc was with another patient), and then returned to the exam room. Magically, the doc re-appeared to the exam room almost instantly. No apology. This was my experience when I went for a routine exam last month. During this experience, I was reminded how much waiting time I encountered during my previous routine eye exam here a few years prior. It causes me to wonder why, when the office does not appear to be in the least bit "busy", a patient who has health care coverage via medical assistance, is subjected to excessive wait time. Certainly other patients would have expressed complaints about excessive wait times if they had encountered them.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel confident I'm getting the best care for my eyes! I see Dr. VanMeter for my regular eye exams. She takes the time to listen to me and makes sure I'm happy with my prescription. She always manages to dig up some samples for me, despite my not-too-common prescription. The exam rooms are spotless. It's a nice, quiet setting that's perfect for folks who experience appointment anxiety. This past year was my first time ordering glasses from the store, and I'd definitely order again. The staff were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness about the frames. They had great suggestions, and I ended up with a pair I love. I initially had some issues with the fit, and they encouraged me to return as many times as necessary to ensure I was comfortable with them. Their selection of frames are on the expensive side, but they seem to be worth the price. Things to note: There's a parking garage in the same building. You can access it through the alley to the left of the clinic. They have convenient online scheduling. They also offer an online contact ordering system, but it's a little confusing to use. I typically ask staff to order my contacts for me after my appointments.

I called Eyes All Over while shopping for a comprehensive and contact lens exam. Bailey was highly…read moreknowledgeable and asked great questions to glean details to preemptively present information useful to my particular situation. The parking lot is small, with six spots shared between the street-facing optometry office and an interactive media studio behind it. I was greeted by both Bailey and the sunny Teri upon walking in. Soon as I was done with the paperwork, Bailey had a machine quickly measure my eyes for basic numbers to hand off to the optometrist (no puff of air involved, in case that bothers anyone), and I was ushered to the office to meet Dr. Matthew Anderson. Matt is a rather quiet individual - going expect overt humor or any chit-chat. That said, he was professional and thorough, whether in checking my eyesight, fitting me for contact lenses, or rechecking the fitting after I'd put on a trial pair. Eyes All Over typically gives over a week's worth of daily contact lenses for a trial run, and Matthew makes a point of guiding clients towards economical lens choices that offer enough support for their eyes without wallet overkill. Optometrists often have a refitting policy in event a prescription doesn't feel quite right, and Matthew's refitting policy extends 60 days from the examination. Overall, a good experience. I'll be back in a week to pick up the trial contact lens sets on order for me. Meanwhile, I have the remaining pairs the office had on hand to try out.

The help was completely incompetent. They were too busy gossiping about other customers to properly assist me so I bought nothing. The place was absolutely filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. They don't clean the outside of the entrance and it is dreadful. I didn't even want to take my jacket off. It was so dirty. Save your money go elsewhere. This quaint shop is delightful. I choose to come to this place because it is close to a friend that I visit often. There is a wonderful man that works here that is absolutely charming. He gives top notch service and literally rolls out the red carpet for his guests. He has a wonderful personality, he is attentive and very honest feedback about how the eyewear looks on me. I highly recommend you see him. I worked with a gal a couple years ago that was extremely lackluster and had zero skills in terms of assisting me in picking out I eyewear that would look flattering on me. I was grateful when I walked through the door and the gentleman was there. I knew he would be helpful as he was so put together and had exquisite eyewear. I do believe his name was James. If not, James possibly Joseph. The female that was offputting was named from what I remember, Maureen or Modonna. Useless.
