She really takes the time to go over your past results to make sure you get what you need. All of the staff are friendly and professional. I originally found them through a Groupon. You can usually use one Groupon every 90 days but make sure to read the fine print before purchasing to determine if it meets your needs. Services bought through Groupon don't earn you rewards points through programs like ASPIRE Rewards, so you may do better overall buying directly from them - I highly recommend signing up for email and text alerts so you get notified of their flash sales.

My complaint is that Red Mountain does not honor their referral program. They tell you over and…read moreover again that if you refer someone you will get a discount on your next visit. I told them I had a friend that was going to start. They had me put his contact info on a form on their form. They also had me fill in a second "business card" sized referral card. Clearly, they had preexisting knowledge on their own paperwork. Today, when I saw the PA she immediately (on her own) thanked me for referring my friend. I told her that I refer everyone. She thanked me again. When I went to the from desk to check out I asked about my referral discount. The front desk person and the office manager both told they could not give it to me because whomever was working the from desk when my friend signed up did not list me as the referring person. I replied, you must be kidding. The doc knows I referred him You know I referred him because you have the paperwork for the referral. But because some from desk person did not enter it when he was here I do not get it? OK fine. OBVIOUSLY THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND GIVE REFERRAL CREDITS. Please tell everyone you know: If you are happy with the results, sure, go ahead and refer someone. BUT BEWARE: THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PLEDGE TO GIVE YOU A REFERRAL CREDIT! It is a bit and switch type of tactic.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mark Burroughs and the entire team at Ultimate…read moreBariatrics. I originally went to Dr. Burroughs because I had Barrett's esophagus, and he explained that gastric bypass was the gold-standard treatment for my situation. I was scared and came very close to backing out of the surgery. Dr. Burroughs took the time to talk with me, acknowledge my fears, and reassure me that if I followed the plan and procedures he laid out, I could be successful. I even told him, "Just don't turn me into a scarecrow," and he promised me he wouldn't. Choosing to go through with the surgery has honestly been one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. My blood pressure has gone down, I went from being pre-diabetic to not even being close to diabetic, and I no longer need my CPAP machine for sleep apnea. But what Dr. Burroughs gave me goes far beyond the numbers. He gave me back my health, my energy, my confidence, and a quality of life I did not even realize I was missing. I did not understand just how bad I had felt until I finally started feeling good again. I followed the program, trusted the process, and listened to Dr. Burroughs and his team. The results have been life-changing. This has been the absolute best thing I have ever done for myself, and I owe so much of that success to Dr. Burroughs. I will always be grateful to him and the team at Ultimate Bariatrics. I highly recommend them to anyone considering bariatric surgery.

Exceptional! I had…read morethe gastric sleeve in 2015, with another physician. Everything went very well, I was very happy with the overall results and with my sleeve community. Over the years, I eventually hit a stall and regained 30 pounds. I had thought about the revision, but a lot of insurances will not cover it or would require a lengthy explanation as to why it is needed. I have no comorbidities outside of the BMI. UB made this process so effortless, and they offered so much ease. Through my employer, we have Lantern. I was shocked by what they offered; they paid for the whole procedure, including my hospital stay, and they gave me a debit card to cover additional expenses after the surgery. Dr. Jay Roberts and his team are exceptional! The wonderful ladies at the front desk are such a delight, and the medical staff are so positive and friendly. Whenever I have a question, not once have I needed to leave a message and wait for a callback; my question is always answered before hanging up. If you're thinking about bariatrics, please give them a chance. They're a great team!

I always have a great experience getting my regular Dysport treatments done by Tracy at Total Med…read moreSolutions. However this was my first visit to this location. The building is extremely nice and new looking with lots of free parking right outside. It was extremely clean inside and staff were friendly and efficient. They have evening hours at the time of this review. They accept one Groupon per visit but there are some additional restrictions so definitely read the fine print before purchasing to make sure it fits your needs. If you do buy a Groupon then the purchase likely will not count towards the product's loyalty program. I also recommend signing up for texts messages or emails to alert you of sales. I definitely recommend coming here for your med spa needs!

They are not the only med spa in the city and definitely not the best as I do have multiple bruises now and I should not bruise at all with the procedure I had and that is just above and beyond the fact that I was overcharged and they refused to give my money back. So over approximately $100 they will lose a client - maybe more after this review
