Deni Abbie: Where to start. She is an amazing Life Coach, and one of the top Life Coaches in DF/W, if not the best (After personally working with her, I would not go to anyone else). I am a Realtor in the DF/W area and have had a lot of stress in the recent times, with the economy, and so on. It is important to stay on top of stress and also, progressing in life, while minimizing stress as soon as possible, as stress can manifest in many different ways. If taken care of and managed, all is well. Deni has always been there for me with her busy work schedule; as you can imagine she is busier than ever with all that has happened in the world in recent times. Deni has truly made an amazing and long-lasting impact on my life. I believe that most people if not all, should have a life coach for purposes of succeeding in life; Whether it be business or personal. In comparison, you can look at a life coach as a mechanic is to a car, for maintenance, just like you would do (or should be doing preventative maintenance on your car), to avoid future mishaps. Seeing a Life Coach can not only help you through tough times, but you can also prevent certain circumstances from happening in life by staying on top of it. For example, I know that Deni does relationship coaching, and helps married couples, that don't fight, and have very good and close relationships as they go to Deni to talk it out ahead of time, so that the couple is always on the same page. Anyways back to my experience: During the pandemic, it was rough, money struggles, etc., and I am a people person, so being couped up bothered me. With that said, I searched out the Web for the best Life Coach, and came upon Deni Abbie. Since then, I see Deni maybe once a month just to touch base and help organize my strengths, weaknesses, and discuss what I need to work on, and how to maximize growth and progress to the most efficient way. Although I am a grown adult, sometimes we have blinders on, tunnel vision, if you will, and I believe that it is a good idea to get an outside perspective. Now I know what you are thinking, yes you can ask friends, family, etc., however, in my opinion those people in your life could potentially be biased, and if they are, those individuals would only tell you what they think you should do. So, I felt that it was best to go to a trained professional, that was unbiased. Although family, and friends, are very important people to have in your life, sometimes you don't want to get them involved in certain things. Make the right decision, and go with Deni Abbie. read more
