When I got dressed and walked to the desk, the gal apologized, as she didn't realize that I had booked an hour. She said I could go back in and get another 30 minutes, but I was already put back together. No thanks. It honestly made me realize that in the past I may have been given unnecessary units not out of malice, but lack of expertise. What I appreciated most is that she did not over-unit me or push extra product "just because." She was very intentional with placement and dosing. I had my treatment done in mid-November, and it's now January my face is still frozen with minimal movement, which speaks for itself when it comes to product quality and technique. The appointment itself was super quick and efficient, which I actually loved. This isn't a place with a million services it's more of an in-and-out, no-nonsense spot if you know what you want and want it done well.
