However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I had a stroke and my DR sent me here. I called a month ago and scheduled and gave all my info and insurance. They said I was FINE. Today I was dropped off by hopelink since I can't drive. And I went in to my appointment. Im not able to drive at the moment. I walked in the door. No greetings or warm smile. Just some person that looked like he was in high-school or just graduated that very very rudely said "ummm who are you?" Then wouldn't let me walk over to him and put up his hand to stop me from coming closer. I told him my name. I am disabled and it was very awkward. I wasn't loud enough apparently so he got annoyed and sighed frustrated with me and wheeled his laptop closer to me. I showed him the text they sent me confirming my appointment. He sighed annoyed again at me. Then looked at his schedule. Then he said he saw a note saying my insurance was out of network. Im on medcaide so this didn't make sense . They told me on the phone that it was fine. They never called me and told me prior to my appointment. The kids kept being RUDE and could care less that I was stranded there for the next hour to stand outside waiting for my pick up ride. This is the worst physical therapy with the rudest teenager working here.

Kevin was my physical therapist for both injuries and Sam assisted him. Both Kevin and Sam were consistently thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging. The first day I walked in, I was in pain and quite nervous and not sure what to expect. Kevin was very kind, great about explaining everything along the way, and his treatment plan and recommendations were incredibly effective - with both injuries, I was able to get back to pain-free far more quickly than I'd anticipated.
