Front staff is rude and incompetent…read more Billing department is also a nightmare. Tamara was yelling over the phone that we had to pay them first before sending information to insurance, which didn't make sense. She refused multiple times to provide a statement to show us what the payment was for and yelled at us to wait for insurance for more information. Later we found out they overcharged us, but no one said anything until I called about it. Also, it took many calls over several months and speaking to more than 4 different people to try and sort this out and they all took us around and around in circles. I have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting Tamara to answer the phone. Getting anyone to send us an itemized statement of all the charges was like squeezing water out of a rock. Sketchy billing practices. It took over 4 months to work this out and settle this with the insurance because of these incompetent morons.

I am scheduled for surgery but needed to reschedule so I could make arrangements post surgery…read more Unfortunately, the surgery scheduler won't call me back and affirm if my surgery has been changed or will she change it...and this is the supervisor. I can't make arrangements at all, I cannot make sure which medications I need to stop and when...and she refuses to call me back so I do not know what to do. The "only" reason why I am trying to proceed is because I like Dr Komenda and his medical assistant. That is why I increased it from 1 star to 2 not because of the doctor and his staff....so far he deserves 5 stars but the surgery scheduler and anyone having to do with scheduling the surgery deserves 0 stars. I will NEVER allow myself to have surgery with Swedish, Providence, Proliance, etc Instead I will go back to Evergreen Health

However, they didn't have me on their schedule at all when I was suppose to start my first week post op. I found Quest Physical Therapy accidentally and only a few miles from my home, and this place has an entire team of collaborative professional staff , all well trained in their jobs! Everyone is so caring and attentive. You feel better just being there! I worked primarily with Jamie Bollinger who is truly an expert in her field . She was very good at motivating and empowering me, helping me to understand the new mechanics of my knee. She helped me push myself to do the hard work needed for my recovery. She also is certified in Dry needling which was new to me, and definitely helpful! I had a few times to work with Nathan, and both techs Ben, and Julie were all professional and caring. Anthony and Stefanie were both very helpful setting up my sessions and insurance, and billing. I truly would recommend Quest to those needing professional physical therapy. Millie Cunningham

He truly listens, takes the time to understand how you're feeling, and makes you feel seen and heard as a person--not just a patient. There's a real, unmistakable sense that he cares deeply about your recovery and well-being, and that level of compassion is rare. His expertise across multiple modalities is impressive. Kevin was my physical therapist for both injuries and Sam assisted him. Both Kevin and Sam were consistently thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging. The first day I walked in, I was in pain and quite nervous and not sure what to expect. Kevin was very kind, great about explaining everything along the way, and his treatment plan and recommendations were incredibly effective - with both injuries, I was able to get back to pain-free far more quickly than I'd anticipated. I'm interested in research, and it was clear he keeps up to date on the latest research in his field, which is excellent and would certainly contribute to how effectively he's able to treat his patients. It's also clear they both genuinely care - it shows in everything they do. They are professional, capable, and will treat you like a friend. I will always be grateful to them for how they helped me recover from my injuries with such reassurance and sincere concern for my overall well-being. If you ever need physical therapy for any reason whatsoever, definitely choose Issaquah Physical Therapy. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them. I only wish they owned a gym so I could keep working with them to improve my overall fitness!

I highly recommend Dr. Christopher Jones for any foot and ankle issues. He is the third podiatrist…read moreI've visited in the past 5 years or so. The first podiatrist failed to properly diagnose my foot issue. The second podiatrist (very well-known and highly rated in Issaquah), at least realized that the issue had to do with the sesamoid, but did not fully diagnose the problem, and the orthotics he ordered were junk, despite the high price. They fell apart on me in a couple of months, and when I had them sent back for repair, they lasted 2 weeks. That office charged me over $700 for that junk, and did not properly charge my insurance, leaving me responsible for the entire bill. They negotiated down to $450, but I got in touch with my insurance company myself and got them to pay for it (and their cost was a little over $300 btw). That second doctor also recommended hyaluronic acid, which I'm glad I turned down (there's is little scientific evidence for it for my particular foot issue, and it requires annual re-application). Dr. Jones, on the other hand, immediately diagnose the issue and ordered the best orthotics I've ever had. Most of my sesamoid-related pain is already gone. He also helped me out with plantar fasciitis. This guy knows his stuff! He also properly handled everything with my insurance, and I've never had to wait even a minute to be seen at his office. He took time to hear me out and to address all of my concerns. What a great experience! I wish I had seen him 5 years ago!

Unfortunately would definitely NOT recommend ATI Issaquah. It is obviously run on a shoestring…read morebudget: - The reception area is blocked off & unused (no receptionist) - the 7-8 private treatment rooms (all closed & dark; all patients meet & are evaluated in a single work room) - therapists are booked TWO patients per session (meaning my treatment was juggled with another patient every session & I was NOT told this during my initial call to seek treatment). Patients who need one-on-one care due to balance issues, beware! - Small staff - they have very few therapists, most are contractors & the one employee therapist I had (& liked) quit during my treatment due to disagreement with management over everything I'm listing. - Storm conduct - Issaquah had a huge fall storm with power outages. When I called to verify my appointment would happen, I was told the clinic was open. The clinic was open WITHOUT power meaning no elevator (patients like me on crutches had difficulty getting to 2nd floor for treatment), patients in wheelchairs couldn't get up to be treated). The clinic was 55 DEGREES F yet patients were being treated in a room with no power (none of the equipment requiring power could be used, therapists couldn't make notes in patient charts for several days due to the length of time to restore power, the elevator wasn't fixed for several weeks & patients were not informed of this. - Therapist DIDN'T listen - I was only recently off crutches after a major microfracture procedure & a contractor therapist pushed me so hard I had to get back on crutches for a week the day after the session. During the session in question I told her she was hurting me and yet she continued. When I came back on crutches the follow session & told her my concerns, she said, "I'm not sorry for pushing you so hard." That was DEFINITELY my LAST session at ATI!!! And apparently this contractor was leaving in a week to go to another contract. Due to my new increased pain that continued as a result of working with that therapist, my surgeon prescribed PRP injections ($1200 out of pocket) to get the pain under control. But it gets better, read my last bullet... - They didn't READ my surgeon's prescription!! My prescription called for BFR treatment. I didn't think I needed to thoroughly understand the prescription as the therapists are the professionals. It wasn't until my new therapy clinic started treating me with a blood pressure-like cuff & told me this was part of my surgeon's prescription that I realized ATI doesn't offer BFR and simply ignored that part of my prescription without informing me. If you CAN'T meet a prescription, TELL the patient. I do not like leaving poor reviews, but this sadly was a very bad experience.
