    Front desk staff are not pleasant/welcoming. Scheduling an appointment is a big joke here. I would not waste my time here.

    Very nice staff. Don't mind having a mammogram or CT scan. It's definitely my place for any kind imaging

    Let me be the first to tell existing patients of CMI that the merger of CMI with RadNet (Advanced…read moreRadiology). I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks before the merger officially took place on March 1, 2026. My appointment for an MRI was scheduled for March 3. I get a text stating that the MRI had to be canceled because prior authorization was not obtained prior to the appointment. The message said I was welcome to keep the appointment but the out of pocket cost would need to be paid at the time of service. When I called to say that a CMI representative told me authorization was obtained and the appointment was confirmed, I was told the merger took place on March 1 and the prior authorization for the appointment was for Chesapeake Medical Imagining (CMI), not RadNet and RadNet could not accept the prior authorization from CMI. The new company, RadNet explained that a new referral would need to be written from my provider and go through the whole prior auth process again!! This will delay the procedure another 10 to 14 days. This means I am waiting for a month or more for an MRI necessary for my doctor to evaluate and treat my condition. The doctor said he cannot ethically prescribe medication until he sees the results of the MRI. Not to mention that I was on hold with an extremely unprofessional RadNet representative (Amanda) for almost an hour while the rep went back and forth with the insurance authorization and billing department. This extraordinarily long hold time was NEVER an issue with CMI and scheduling and obtaining a prior atheization was never an issue. It seems like there is a monopoly with medical imaging because of this recent merger. I don't see these issues getting better since bigger seems to indicate more room for error and unprofessionalism. I have been a long-standing patient with CMI (14 years), but because of this merger and my most recent experience, I feel patient care has gone to the wayside and the professionalism was nonexistent. The good news is that I am a patient with Mercy and will transfer all of my medical imaging studies to them. To be clear, with this new merger of CMI and RadNet (Advanced Radiology), I o longer recommend this business to anyone. I gave 1 star because it was required.

    I called for an appointment for the same day and they were able to fit me in by the grace of God!…read more I went in not knowing what was to come. I have never done this before. So, I went to check in. The front desk was patient and kind with me. Once I turned in all my information and paid my copay, I was called moments later. The techs were knowledgeable and asked questions to make sure I was comfortable. I needed imaging for my doctor and had contrast (which I've never done before) but it went well. The day before I was stuck 4 times with a needle so I didn't want anyone who couldn't get it on the first try. When I tell you, the lady got me on the first try... I almost cried in relief. I hate being a pin cushion. From then on I laid back and let them do their thing. They explained everything to me and it was just as they said. I would go to them for everything no questions asked! I really appreciate having a great experience!

They were compassionate, attentive, professional, and I truly appreciate the medical care I received from them. Unfortunately, my experience before being seen was extremely concerning. I arrived around 1:50 AM experiencing severe pain radiating from the front of my body to my back, along with chest pain and difficulty breathing. I informed the registration staff that I was in excruciating pain and could barely speak because of my condition. Despite explaining my symptoms, I was told I would have to wait because several people were ahead of me. I then remained in the waiting room for approximately three to four hours while my condition worsened. During that time, my pain became unbearable, my breathing became more difficult, and by the time I was finally called back, I could barely walk or breathe comfortably. I understand emergency rooms can become busy, but waiting hours while experiencing chest pain, severe pain, and breathing difficulty was frightening and unacceptable. My concern is not with the medical staff who treated me once I was admitted, but with the registration and wait-time process. I strongly encourage Luminis Health to review its triage and patient reassessment procedures to ensure patients with serious symptoms receive more timely attention and care. I also ask that this feedback not be met with a generic response stating that the matter will be reviewed. Concerns regarding emergency room wait times and triage procedures are clearly ongoing issues, and patients deserve to know what meaningful changes are actually being implemented to address these repeated complaints and prevent similar experiences in the future. Thank you in advance for providing a meaningful and transparent response regarding how these concerns are being addressed.

I have been coming here for a few years and the staff is equally amazing. They are so many things that I love about the office but if I had to choose one it would be the Robes that you change into before your I keep telling them that the doctor needs to sell them in the office. The office is beautifully decorated I have had the pleasure of starting out at the old office and that one was equally as nice. My appointment was at 6:15 a.m. it was the best I did not have to be late for work and the appointment was very quick the doctor was not there to read my scans and it was okay they called me back right away for a follow-up that was needed. The way I found out about them is Dr. Laura Amodei contacted me to purchase some of my artwork for their office which features art all from local female artists. For a decade up until then I went to a larger, way less personal imaging center. This is a much more comfortable and comforting experience all around. They run their appointments on time, so when I had my annual scans done last week I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes and then contacted with the results by phone within a couple of hours. They use the latest technology giving you extra peace of mind. I only wish I had found them sooner!
