I know what happened with my tire, it's my car and I was driving. I stated the service department, Ashlyn to be exact said that if the tire came the following Monday without delay from the hurricane that the tire would be put on and would have my car back that day. If you're a customer somewhere and are told something will be done if it has come, do you not expect that it be done? I had to call to even verify if the tire came. Then was told it would be a day or two. That is unacceptable when there was no delay and I was told MONDAY. Do you agree? So therefore nothing to clarify with that situation to come back with an excuse to my review because it is true and you all know it. Another thing the ONLY reason I got a loaner was because I griped about it...when you buy a car and told you'll have a loaner when it's at Volkswagen because you got all the bells and whistles since it sounded good...yeah that was a lie. It was like pulling teeth, then lo and behold a loaner appears out of thin air. You all didn't "graciously" loan me a vehicle lol. It was like I had to complain about something to get the respect and service I deserve and paid for. Again with excuses I understand there are agreements...I have rented vehicles and have had loaners before. I have also worked at a dealership in the service area so I'm no dummy ;) please your silly excuses to make my review not reliable isn't working. As to the rental agreement that is not what was stated to me or how it was stated nor was I told UNTIL getting there that a credit card was needed. When I had already sent personal information over text. Why wasn't I told about this? That's my problem there needs to be better communication. Mentioned needed was license and insurance but what else was needed? A credit card which was not told to me up until the transaction. The fact you all cannot see the issue makes a whole lot of sense to me now on how the service department is not up to par or have any idea how to treat customers. Please if you're going to respond take accountability to the issues addressed instead of throwing out excuses to make yourselves look better when in fact you all were the problem, not me. Again this is why I have not and will not be back at the Evansville location. Your lack of compassion to my complaint even shows perfectly how you all feel and take criticism...not well.

First, Joe recommended only the most critical repairs and gave me a tentative timeline of when other repairs may be needed. I'd be driving across the country and he made sure I was traveling in a safe vehicle. When I arrived out west in the scorching heat, my engine light went on. I took it to the local Scottsdale dealer on Camelback and they gave me a long list of critical repairs over $3500! They made it sound like my car would drop out from under me if I didn't have the repairs done. I called Joe. He disagreed with the assessment and spoke directly with the Scottsdale dealer. He is amazing. I took the car to a very reputable repair shop that my cousin has worked with for years, IMM Auto in Tempe. Cost for the actual critical repairs, plus a repair that would be needed by next summer, under $1000. My 4Runner is running great! I wish there was a Kenny Kent in every city that I could go to. I trust not only Joe Fredrich, but also the Kenny Kent dealership.

Also, it is NOT worth what we are paying for a 16-year-old car, which sometimes we are afraid is going to fall apart. I expected better from D-Patrick; the last car we got from there was perfect, and the salesman was great. The one we had this time, I don't want to be around him. I know I bought it as is, but this is ridiculous. There are a lot of things we have to replace on it. This time, I don't even think I will recommend you like I did last time.

Vehicle had multiple service lights on, and we agreed that they would take care of the 'service engine light', but not the others and agreed to reduce the price (which was $1000 overpriced anyway). The took care of the service engine light and we drove off the lot. One day later, check engine light is on (so apparently all they did was simply reset it and did not fix what was causing it). I actually figured they would do this, so while I'm not exactly surprised, I am disappointed and calling and speaking with our sales rep, Mason, didn't do a bit of good, period. Like I said, shame on me. We were also going to buy another vehicle from them this weekend, but LAW Chevrolet in Boonville has much better YELP and GOOGLE reviews, so we'll be taking our business there. Wouldn't want to get scammed twice in same week. It's further away, but definitely worth it.

    I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this dealership. From the very…read morebeginning, I was given the runaround. I sold my vehicle on a Thursday and was explicitly told I would be paid the same day. When I arrived, the person I had been working with was suddenly no longer employed there, and I was handed off to a sales representative who was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I was then told my payment would be ready on Monday and instructed to reach out that morning to confirm pickup at a different location. I did exactly that, only to arrive and find out my check was not there. After repeatedly telling the salesperson that I live five minutes away and would pick up the check in person, I was then informed--at the last minute--that it had been mailed instead. Clearly, there was zero communication between locations. My instructions were not passed along, and the agreed pickup time was never relayed. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I attempted multiple times to contact management to understand what went wrong and resolve the issue. Not a single call was returned. That alone shows how little they value their customers. This experience was a complete waste of time and a perfect example of poor customer service and even worse communication. They tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door, then fail to follow through. If you're considering selling your vehicle, do yourself a favor--sell it privately. You'll likely get a better deal and avoid the headache of dealing with a business that clearly does not care about its customers. To say I am dissatisfied would be an understatement. This was a frustrating, disorganized, and frankly deceptive experience from start to finish.

Decide to order the same thing from the factory but learn Jeep changed the MSRP price by 800 and With that, the dealer would no longer honor the previous negotiated deal (agreed on in writing through text). Called a sales manager (Chris) whom offered to do a couple hundred of the price increase but doesn't see how the dealership made any mistake / wrong doing. When I explained that it feels more like a bait and switch after numbers were agreed upon, he escalated his voice saying I was being unreasonable. Unfortunately he did not care if his GM (Ed whom he said was sitting next to him) received an email from me. As such I am posting my experience for others so you can be informed when buying a vehicle here. Just because it's agreed upon and in writing, doesn't mean they will honor it.

Receive a call this morning stating that they don't work on Chrysler Fiat products. It's a simple break line replacement but they don't have mechanics that can warrant the work so they refuse to do it. On top of having to pay another 85.00 tow bill to relocate it to another facility, when I mentioned I would complain to Chrysler corporation, Josh the "manager" condescendingly asked if I needed the complaint number. No empathy shown and when I asked why they are listed on their own website as a Chrysler service center they only offered excuses. Avoid this dealership and service department!
