With such low miles, I did put a lot of trust into Kenny Kent Lexus by not having a PPI completed prior to my purchase, the L/Certified gave me piece of mind along with the amazing communication by their team. We communicated primarily through text and everyone I dealt with (Michael and Noah) were always responsive and professional. There were a handful of times where I needed to chat on the phone and again, everyone was helpful, responsive and professional. The car arrived via enclosed trailer, and I used the shipping company that Michael recommended (shout out to Stratton Express) who were also amazing to deal with. This is my 4th Lexus dealership experience (and my 5th Lexus) and by far THE BEST experience I've had to date with purchasing a vehicle. In less than two months, I found out the vehicle needs approximately $12,000 in repairs. Because of these issues, I was left without reliable transportation and had to pay for a rental vehicle out of my own pocket. I also had to pay a Nissan dealership to inspect and diagnose the problems, only to learn the extent of the repairs needed. Despite all of the expenses and inconvenience this has caused, Romaine Auto Park has not taken responsibility or offered a meaningful solution. I am now out thousands of dollars between the purchase, rental costs, and inspection fees, and I'm still in the position of needing to buy another vehicle. I believe Romaine Auto Park should step up and help cover some of these costs instead of leaving a customer to deal with the financial burden alone. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

These guys KNOW their cars and their deals are good! They put some real sweet perks in our contract that made buying really awesome, I don't know if they do that for everyone or every car or just cars a certain age or from certain lenders or maybe a combo of factors but it left us feeling super happy and like we were treated great. We especially loved Rick! That guy is a hidden gem. His little quips are hilarious. And he's a great salesman I'm pretty sure he could have sold us a shitty car but two things 1) there's literally none on that lot and Rick is just not that type of guy. You can tell he LOVES what he's doing because he's selling people cars they'll love. The finance guy Kevin worked tirelessly to get us a deal we could live with on a car we would love. And the manager who put together this team should be applauded what an all around good guy, although his name escapes me at the moment because we didn't deal with him as much.
