I had new steer tires put on my semi truck and I had a shake at the wheel at around 70 mph. They had me bring it back in to tackle the problem and come to find out. It was a tire that I had purchased separately and had them mount and balance. Even though it wasn't their fault at all, they followed up with me day after day to find out how it was driving and wouldn't accept the shake and had me bring it back in. Finally, I was able to send that tire back and get everything corrected and they wouldn't even accept any more money from me. all they were concerned about was making sure that me, the customer was happy. If I could leave a 50 star review, I would. thank you, Best one Tire for everything.

They told me that everything was fine and that the oil cap was leaking oil (last touched by Best One). I have complained to Best One about oily fingerprints on my car, among other things. They also forgot to mention my oil change was going to be 4x more than my last oil change. They told me I had to pay $80. I asked if there were any discounts because I thought it was going to be $19.99, like the last several oil changes that I had. They lie. Don't trust them! When said I didn't have that I was told I could take out a credit card. Car does not shake or make sounds when stopping. Stated rotors were thin. Yet mechanic said he could clean them up and front man said we don't do that. When asked to take a picture to show someone they insisted on doing their own picture and refused to let me do it and threw my tires right back on. Not sure the tires were rotated either. Didn't fill the brake fluid up either after I request to call someone before I could spend over a 1,000.00 for this and an oil change and filter replacement. I went to another car shop and they are replacing pads and turning rotors for less than 500.00 taxes and all. Said I could do one axle at a time if I needed to. Really? This is an option? Half the price and was nice about it. Midas was not a fan of me calling a family member to ask for information and sure not a fan to do anything but sell for profits. Poor customer service Midas.
