They said they would look at it for me and be able to repair it while I was there. When I got there I was amazed at the amount of vehicles located around the bldg and figured some were waiting for parts. There were three people working the counter when I got there. The guy I talked to was very courageous and friendly. Checked in and sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes when he came out and said he had good news. He had the nail in his hand which turned out to be a screw that was ground down and said it had not penetrated the tire with no damage and no charge, he gave me my keys and I found my vehicle parked directly outside the building. I definitely will be back if I need any repairs later on. I have lived in Newburgh for three years and I'm in my 80's. There are a lot of horror stories out there about rip off's and I suggest you check out this place. I feel confident about getting a fair shake here.

The gentleman told me it would take 2 weeks before they could begin work. I didn't receive my vehicle back for almost 7 weeks. The panels on the front of my truck don't line up, which is relatively apparent. My driver's side window has deep scratches from the accident that were not addressed. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that the windshield had not been installed. This took another two days. I have to be perfectly honest: I don't care how they put the parts back on.....the truck is not the same. I am going to take it to another shop for an evaluation of the work performed.

We have received reports of basic work requests that have turned into very expensive problems, and it seems they are targeting single women and younger teens. We no longer would ever recommend this establishment. This is just heresay, as of now but so far we have heard several people saying the same thing, and it all seems to be happening only to our younger generation that doesn't know any better. We have a master mechanic now and will be referring elsewhere. I was trying to beat the clock and get there before they closed at 1600 and it was 1545! I had an idea of where I was going, once I turned off of Riverside onto Lodge. It was "right there!" There were several other customers there for tires as well. The handsome Noah came over and asked if I had been helped. I hadn't, so he came and took out the nailed tire. Noah went in and looked for a tire and found one. There were other associates helping the customers, as they arrived. Noah put the new used tire on the rim, did what he needed to do, and then loaded it into my car. The price was unexpected . . . Only cost $30! What a lifesaving convenience! I thanked him, and then asked if he had tires that would fit my car. The front two tires look practically bald! (EEK!) He started to go check, but they were getting busier, and I had no more money. I told him forget about it, and I would come back next time. If you need an emergency tire, and can't afford a new one, I strongly recommend this place. The staff was courteous, professional and quickly efficient! I don't know how they do what they do, and what system they use, but they have the process down pat! You won't be disappointed?
