Never been to a discount tire store before but after my experience with this location, they will have my life time business, clean, personal, prompt, customer satisfaction first class. Can't beat there prices. Everyone in the establishment looked professional. Ram 3500 read more

We had a nail in the rv tire while we were on a trip, and they got us right in. They found bubbles on 2 other tires, so all 3 were replaced under the tire insurance. We went ahead and replaced the 4th so they would match. Super friendly and very professional. read more

I have had 3 sets of tires installed here now. They always do a really good job. Takes them about an hour, so pretty fast service. They'll recommend discounts or deals to save you money. They have a Toyota discount too! read more

I have never had a bad experience with Discount Tire (at any location), but most of my Experience has been with the Evansville East Side Store. Work quality has been excellent, and the price is much better than anywhere else. read more

What a miracle. I hit a curve on the wet pavement on Friday going out in search for a Christmas gift. Thanks to having a man in the car with me that knew some people. I made it to a mechanic going 7 miles per hour on my bent rim. I had just bought the car used like 5 or 6 months ago from a dealership. It did not have a spare tire in it when I bought it but the first thing I did, with my mom and dad's help, was order a new rim and a new tire for backup. The next day the part was fixed and mechanic just needed a new tire. We showed up early to get the spare out to have a new tire put on it and discount did it in like 1.5 hours as soon as the car fixer called to see where we were discount was done with the tire. Thanks discount for your help read more

We had to get our tires changed out on my daughter's car, but she had special locks in the lug nuts. They were able to get them off and we got a good deal on new tires and they got it all done really fast. read more

The only place we buy our tires Always helpful staff very friendly I always make appointment for rotation they never make you wait if you have appointment read more

Discount Tire continues to be the gold standard against which all other automotive service centers should be judged. Tires rotated and balanced with malfunctioning TPMS sensor rebuilt in about 30 minutes -- with three people in front of me. I wish they did alignments, too. read more

Discount Tire - Wheel & Rim Repair Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

This is the worst company to deal with! They will lift your car in the wrong spot and do damage and say they didn't do it. They did $1,700 damage on my car because they lifted in the wrong spot. Then the tires I originally ordered they lost a tire. They had all my tires off before they found out. I had to go with something else since they had them off already. What kind of business looses a tire?? I DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE GOING TO DISCOUNT TIRE IN HIGHLAND INDIANA!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLES THEY WILL JUST DAMAGE THEM!!! read more

The reason that I am leaving a 1 star is the fact that they scratched (4-5 little scratches) my wheel when replacing the tire. Their mechanics didn't have the audacity to tell me. This is poor and dishonest service. Wouldn't recommend if you care about the cosmetics of your wheels. I'm very disappointed. read more

Landon was great & very helpful! I do recommend this location. Very fast & quality work.

Free tire balance and rotation with purchase of tires. Just had this done in less than 40 minutes, great service!

Best tire store anywhere! Very friendly staff and technicians. I always get first class service.

Came in too Evansville from out of town and had a tire go flat, they repaired it and put my spare back under my truck for free which was very nice of them. read more

This Tire Store has consistently impressed me. The quality of customer service provided here, or by their store on the west side, will cause you to take notice. There are so many employees here and they are always helpful and hustling. If possible I would give them MORE THAN 5 STARS!! Keep up the good work. read more

Great service with courteous and professional staff. The appointment scheduled was "on time" and the tires were installed exactly as requested. Selection was great and the availability of the tires was very reasonable. Would recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for replacement tires. read more

I came to buy 2 tires. I sat and watched people come and go. I was still waiting for them to pull my car in. they had at least 10 people in the shop. my wait was at least 2 hours. read more

Not too long ago, I went to Discount Tire for a low tire pressure issue. One of my tires were leaking air faster than my others. A guy looked at my tire and patched up the exposed hole for free. read more

Great service and prices! I had a flat and they fixed it quickly- so we decided to buy all new tires here and they have been good tires.

Great Service The other morning I noticed the passenger rear tire on our car was flat. I thought chit way too cold to change it. I aired it up and drove over to Discount Tire 1818 Hirschland across from Culvers. They repaired the tire and didn't charge me one dime. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised. I tipped the repair guy and the office guy that wrote it up. I found a new tire store. read more

Always great service, always friendly staff. I but all my tire from here and haven't had an issue yet!

My tire light came on. A customer service rep checked and filled my tires - no charge. He also recommended I consider new tires before winter, for my safety. My husband already noticed that the tread is dangerously low. So I appreciate the customer service rep pointing out the potential hazard without any pressure at all to make a purchase right then. I'll be back soon for new tires! I did ask if they sell my preferred brand, Toyo, and they do not. I was told that Nitto tires are very similar, so I still need to research. read more

I have terrible luck with tires. I have blown off two d/t road conditions and "smoked" a few more. This location has been amazing. They're always nice and helpful. They've squeezed me in since I've had to frequent more often than I'd like to be. There work is quick and they explain everything. Not that I'm cheap with my tires but they also have reasonable pricing that doesn't break the bank. The tire warranty is on file and they've always made repairs quick. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We had a blowout because of a pothole. We had just purchased new tires from discount tires in Tx. The Evansville branch replaced our tire with a temporary tire (?). Charged us 24$ and sent us on our way. Amazing. They were fast, courteous, efficient and nice. This is the reason you shop at a brick and mortar store. Imagine how that would have been if we had ordered tires online. Ours are extremely expensive, low profile tires. It was easy to be tempted. That will never ever happen. And this confirmed our feelings. Dominic and Billy, you guys did a wonderful job! read more

Absolutely horrible service from the assistant manager at Evansville hershland road. He asked to take a look at my flat tire and before looking asked me why I came 10 minutes before he closes. The manager then said he does not know the tone his assistant said it in.. so there is somehow an appropriate tone to ask that?!? I will not be doing service there again and encourage everyone else to find a new tire place!! read more

Great place for repairs, air, and any other tire needs. They treat you like a customer which sometimes as a woman does not always happen. Very friendly and great and letting you know what they found and what they did. Highly recommended. read more

Noticed a nail in one of my tires, went to five different places and was told they could not get my vehicle in at all that day. Went to Discount Tire in Evansville, Indiana and was told that they could have it repaired in an hour and a half (they were fairly busy) which was acceptable. My son and I observed their work from outside, they repaired the tire, rebuilt the TPMS sensor, and rebalanced the wheel, all without charge! And within the promised time frame! When I need new tires this fall I know where to go! read more

I've had plenty of issues with my tires, most recent being having nails in multiple tires. I went in, gave them my info, and they got me set up and out of there as soon as possible. The lounge is incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. As a woman, I feel comfortable in the shop and confident that the staff is not just taking me for a ride, trying to get every last cent I have. So glad I've found this place. I won't use any other tire shop! Highly recommend them! read more

After i bought 2 Hankook tires from them I read the date code on them it said 1116 which means 2016. These tires were 3 years old. The salesman told me that tires are good for 10 years which is complete BS. I returned the tires and got my money back went to another place and got the same tire made in 2018. Read your date codes, look for the DOT on the tire after that there is 4 numbers stamped into the tire. The first 2 numbers is the week they were made the second 2 numbers is the year. read more

Excellent staff. They stayed opened past closing time on a Saturday to help us with a flat tire. They were super friendly and extremely helpful. In the end the tire was repairable and they charged us NOTHING. We were from St. Louis and this was not a shop where we had purchased a tire and they still did not charge for the repair. Just amazing. read more
