I have a great experience with Advanced IPM. I initially began service May of 2021. My first tech was Brad Sausser who initially came out to inspect my new home in Los Banos, which because of the empty field behind my house and new construction I was seeing a lot of roaches and not to mention field mice, I explained to Brad my phobia with bugs he totally understood where I was coming from and right away made me feel well at ease that the problem could be solved, which it has. Brad was friendly and professional, always called to let me know when he was stopping by for my service, unfortunately, he wasn't my tec h for very long, so I was concerned that service would decline getting a new tech, but it hasn't I now have Vince Cardenas as my tech and he's friendly and professional and calls me every time it's time for my scheduled service and when he comes he makes sure that I have no concerns and he goes over his report of his findings, I've had many different exterminator services in my lifetime and so far Advance IPM has been the best pest control service. They have been very informative about the type of bugs and rodents in the Los Banos area. My husband and I are new to Los Banos, so we definitely appreciate the information. When I finally got around to calling IPM our situation was dire... wasps, ants, black widows, cockroaches and who knows what else. We live on a farm and in the middle of know where, I honestly wasn't sure much could be done because of where we live... but man Brad did the job! After he came out and took care of business we fully enjoyed walking outside every morning and seeing the cockroaches belly up on the carport...ha! Brad is fantastic. Not only is he kind, but he is knowledgeable and efficient. We have all sort of structures from our home to our shed and play equipment, and Brad covered it all. The black widows were especially concerning for me because of our young child. I now feel confident in him playing in our yard. Joanne Jandro was my first contact at Advanced Pest Management. My problem was with termites and unlike all the other pests out there these will cause ongoing long term permanent damage. After discussing my issues with her she contacted Ty Shelton who came to the house and spent some time doing a walk thru and looking at all areas of the house. Not just the areas I discovered. If you have one termite you have many many thousands that you just don't see. Ty set up a eradication program that involved tenting the entire house and a small out outbuilding for fumigation. This took place over three days and went very smoothly. We are now working on a long term monitoring and prevention program. All bugs are a annoyance but termites can cost you. read more

Up until my most recent experience, I wouldn't have had anything negative (still, nothing positive) to say about the company. After the way an immature, unprofessional male worker of theirs treated my family and left us helpless, I wouldn't even spend the time to call. If Manuel is "helping" you with your bug problem, then your in my prayers also. He is negligent, lazy, and apathetic in his ethic. Before leaving our home untreated, he verbally assaulted my wife and walked away from her, to inform the leasing office of how we were being uncooperative. Jonathan Miranda is our new pest tech from IPM. Jonathan G was our old tech so we had some concerns when Jonathan M showed up. Will he provide all the quality services our old tech did? Can he get the job done? We'll let me tell you, Jonathan M crossed all his T's and dotted all his I's. He provided quality service and paid attention to detail. Manuel was the technician who dealt with my rodent issue. He was extremely thorough in his assessment of the rodents entry points he identified in my home.
